We recently bought a used car at Jannelle Ford of Hanover. I typically despise the whole car buying process. But this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. Rob Chambers was the Hanover. I typically despise the whole car buying process. But this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. Rob Chambers was the sales associate who assisted us, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Wilfredo Bermudez was the finance manager and again great service. No one was pushy and it never felt like they were playing games. I also worked with the Sales manager Eddie who also delivered great customer service. The vehicle had a small dent and a few scratches the previous owner tried to touch up and it looked messy. Eddie could tell that was a concern for me and had his team fix the dent and scratches and it looks fantastic. The inside and outside of the car was cleaned so well it looked brand new. I would highly recommend Jannell Ford. It was truly my best and easiest car buying experience!!! More
