Excellent customer care! I worked with Greg at Middleburg Heights. Even tho they mostly sell used cars, I was looking at the 2016 X-1 and he brought one to my work so I could I worked with Greg at Middleburg Heights. Best experience ever I called early on a Friday morning to inquire about 2010 C300 that was on the website. After a very professional conversation with Steve. Steve, who I s the manager put me in touch with Q and Dan to finalize the purchase. They both worked to get things taken care of. After a few minutes of questions Steve suggested I look at leasing a used 3 series that could meet my requirements and budget.
