First and foremost, we deeply apologize for the issues you have encountered and for any distress this has caused. We value your 16 years of loyalty and are truly disappointed to learn that your recent experiences did not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain. We are committed to investigating each of the incidents you mentioned to ensure that such situations do not recur. Your feedback regarding the oil drain plug and the subsequent overfill is particularly concerning, as is the improper wheel repair on your M5. These are not the standards of service we aim to provide, and it is clear that we fell short in these instances. Regarding your communication with our General Manager, there is no Mr. Ross here nor has there even been so we're a bit concerned who you were in contact with.
