My experiences with the service department has always been a pleasant one. The facility was clean and the wait time for my first service on my Rav 4 was minimal. Our ASM, Jessica Neveau, was prompt to meet us at my car. First service for new toyota truck, told me that they rotated tire as per first 5000 mile service agreement., after service found brake dust on front tires and not the rear tire, talked to manager but he rotated tire as per first 5000 mile service agreement., after service found brake dust on front tires and not the rear tire, talked to manager but he could not explain to me why they apparently could not do the service correctly. Took to another Toyota dealer and found out that they had not even serviced truck but they requested service payment from Toyota. Second dealer filed a claim against Bill Penny Toyota on my behalf. Overcharged! Took my 2015 Toyota Highlander (2.7 liter engine) in for oil change. Estimated cost was $97.70. Total cost $123.60. Invoice states that they put in 7 Took my 2015 Toyota Highlander (2.7 liter engine) in for oil change. Estimated cost was $97.70. Total cost $123.60. Invoice states that they put in 7 quarts of oil ($7.74/quart). All prior oil change invoices state 5 quarts of oil were used. Owners manual states 4.6 quarts max. They added an Engine Oil Supplement for $18 without my approval. What a rip-off!!! More

I went in for an oil change yesterday and they sent me a video of what they were doing and let me know my tires needed to be replaced. Great price and I was ready to get my car before lunch! Service department the past three times With an appointment has had me wait 5+ hours. They will not update you without you asking upfront and tell you, when you come it will be just a few hours.
