Went in, car was fine. Noticed large dent on bottom of front bumper that wasn't there before. I have never hit anything with my car. I don't know how it got there. I told them what car I wanted, and they found it for me. I love my car and have no complaints with the car. The only issue I had was the car was not in when they said it would be. I paid for the car and fil I love my car and have no complaints with the car. The only issue I had was the car was not in when they said it would be. I paid for the car and filled the paperwork out. I was told the car would be in on a Tuesday and everything would be done by Thursday. Car was not onsite until Thursday. I got my car on Friday. It seemed like nobody knew what was going on except for two salespeople. I understand things happen, but I was never brought into the loop that my car would be delayed. My salesman was off for the day when I called for an update. I called the dealership to see what was going on with my car nobody onsite knew what was going on my phone call was passed around to different departments. A gentleman from the accessories dept found answers for me. I appreciate that he went and got me answers even though it was not his job to do so and got back to me. I love my purchase and love my car I just wish there was more communication. More
