I took my vehicle in for routine oil change service, and noticed the following week that there was an unexplained issue of a small metal piece missing from the area left of the steering wheel. I decided to go back and speak with the General Manager, Joel Treiger. He was very understanding and offered to split the cost for the repair. I felt that was fair and he exemplified excellent customer service in resolving the issue. More
