Service was just for an oil change and tire rotation. Service agent (Katie) was very friendly and personable. I did receive a txt regarding needing a cabin air filter before getting the txt that the se Service agent (Katie) was very friendly and personable. I did receive a txt regarding needing a cabin air filter before getting the txt that the service was completed (I elected to do my own cabin air filter installation myself to keep costs down since it a pretty easy DIY install). Probably would have done more (like replace windshield wipers) had my service coupon still been effective (it had expired 2 weeks prior). More
