I made an appointment to have a recall taken care of. I had an appt on 5/24024 @ 10:30, but I was not approached by a service advisor until after 11 :00. Why the part was not ordered when I called to o make an appt. I carefully explained why I needed an appt In any event Tevin returned and told me there was one for another customer but his appt was for next week. He asked me to give them about 2 hours to take care of my 2012 Kia Optima EX I told him I could not wait and I would need to schedule another appt. I tried to set an appt but the rude unhelpful receptionist gave me a hard time. I have had my vehicle serviced at this dealership for 5 years . NEVER again I left with my vehicle and called a nother dealership where I was told the recall is closed. That was news to me!. I returned to Hollywood Kia to find out but Tevin was out sick. I finally got to speak to Tevin who told me by the time the car was retrieved the part was installed. No one ever told me anything. How unprofessional I asked Tevin for a copy of the work order. There are many Kia Dealers but to inot use this one! More
