What A Mess I Had my Jeep Wrangler towed in because of a shifter cable failure. The part had to be overnighted, at my cost. I was to pick up the vehicle four days I Had my Jeep Wrangler towed in because of a shifter cable failure. The part had to be overnighted, at my cost. I was to pick up the vehicle four days later. When I opened the door to the vehicle it was filthy dirty with grease and grime from the "professional" who made the repair. It truly was beyond belief that a dealer would have left it in the condition it was left in. It wasn't marginally dirty. It was absolutely filthy. I let my service writer, Corey, know and showed him. He apologized and said they would clean it up and offered a loaner. The loaner was thru Enterprise Rental where I was badgered for 20 minutes to purchase additional insurance... Corey called me on Friday and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I asked him directly if he had looked at it. He told me he had and it was ready to go. I picked up the Jeep on a Saturday. It was cleaner. The passenger seat is now blotchy and not an even color. There was a soap film throughout, that still lingers after an attempt to wash the door panels myself. This same soap film covered the gauge bezel which became clearly evident the first time I drove it at night. I did not make the service writer who was there aware of my initial dissatisfaction, after all Dealer Professionals (?) had done there work, at least to their satisfaction. My gosh, I just drive this thing back and forth to an office job and depend on it to do that. My apologies. I'm sorry for choosing Klaben. I'm sorry for purchasing an extended warranty. I apologize for using the extended warranty. God only knows what I'd be left to deal with had I complained a second time. Oh, the shifter works well. This Truly was not a pleasant or satisfying experience to any degree. I will be sure to share this experience with others. More
2017 Journey I traded in my old Journey lease for a 2017 Journey lease. Carl helped me to find the exact Journey that I was looking for. He knew I wanted an AWD I traded in my old Journey lease for a 2017 Journey lease. Carl helped me to find the exact Journey that I was looking for. He knew I wanted an AWD this time and he showed me several Journeys that had what I wanted. Carl was very knowledgeable in knowing what each car was equipped with. I liked how professional he was at all times. Chuck worked with me to get the payment down to where I felt comfortable with. He worked very hard to meet my expectations and made me feel like I was the only one he had to work with. He also was very professional doing his job. Kim did all the paper work and she was very efficient. She explained each step of the way and made sure I understood what I was signing. She made sure I felt comfortable in signing all the paperwork and would stop to explain each detail. Kim had all the paperwork ready and made the transition run very smoothly. I also liked how professional she was and how she made me feel at ease at all times. More

Making it easy I was in a lease I needed to get out of because of miles overage soon approaching. A couple months back I called and spoke with Chuck the sales mana I was in a lease I needed to get out of because of miles overage soon approaching. A couple months back I called and spoke with Chuck the sales manage to discuss my options. He told me he would keep me on radar to find a great deal that would work in my budget. I got a call from Carl and he told me about the incentives they had for the "extended month end". I set an appointment with him. Carl was waiting and quite prepared for my visit. He gave me some options and worked with Chuck to make things happen. Brian the finance guy is great too he gets the pepper work done quickly and efficiencly! I am now a very loyal customer of Klaben in Kent . More
FANTASTIC experience! I just purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L from Klaben Chrysler and everything was 5-star from beginning to end. I had been to several dealer I just purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L from Klaben Chrysler and everything was 5-star from beginning to end. I had been to several dealerships (including Falls Motor City in Cuyahoga Falls -- an awful, 1-star dealership in every respect) and decided to visit Klaben after speaking on the phone with one of the salesmen, Greg Aster. I had had some experience dealing with Klaben's service department, which is fantastic, so I thought, why not see if I could get get a great deal on a new vehicle. Prior to visiting Klaben, I had also been to Fred Martin, which is a decent dealership, but they made me an offer on a new Pacifica and an offer on my trade and I just felt I could do better. Klaben had the same exact vehicle so I went there hoping for a better deal. I sat down with Greg and with the manager (I think his name is Jeff) and everything was finished in 20 minutes. They gave me a great deal on the new one and on the trade, and I don't think there's every been a time I purchased a vehicle and felt better about the deal I got or the entire experience. The whole thing was smooth as silk. And mad xxxxxxto Greg, who was super easy to deal with and really went out of his way for me. We also had some great conversations about Dodge muscle cars and other cars as well since Greg and I are into all of that. I go to a lot of cruise ins and car shows and I'm always happy to speak with someone who shares an interest in old and new cars. Greg's also an expert poker player, and he had some great stories about that as well. I also have to mention the finance manager, Kim, who is an amazingly nice lady; she made that part of the experience a very easy one. She explains everything clearly, and she doesn't pressure you into buying extended warranties or any other add-ons. She just explains all of it and lets you decide. Of all the finance managers I've dealt with, she was definitely the best. Lastly, I should mention that I arrived at Klaben at 4pm and this went well past their 6pm closing time on Fridays and everyone stayed to get this done without any complaint whatsoever. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle and I'm sure the next time I plan to buy a new vehicle, I'll be going back to Klaben. There's nothing wrong with visiting several dealerships to try to get the best deal you can, but whatever deals you get from the other dealerships, go to Klaben and give them a chance to give you a better deal. And make sure to ask for Greg Aster. You'll definitely be treated right. More
engine light came on. My engine light came on and we called Klaben jeep and they told us to bring it right in and they would check it out and work on it the next day. To my surprise they called a few hours later and told us it was fixed and we could pick it up. I was impressed how fast they fixed it without an appointment.
