The collision service department was able to locate and order the exact parts that I needed to fix my car. They even found the correct color so I didn't have to get it painted. It was a good experience overall although I’m a little salt. The bed of the truck is all beat up and it looks like they dropped a “drop in” bed liner to deceive. It’s not salesman’s or the finance managers fault. My fault for not looking and a shady used vehicle manager. The process was a bit slower than I would have a liked considering I did the application did all but literally sign a purchase agreement. More
