That's when I ran in to Bob Paytas.who offered us a ride to the shopping center Bob called us and picked us up when our car was done.I have never had a salesman go out of his way like that when there was nothing to gain.Thanks to Bob and klaben ford service department it made our day a pleasure. Expedited Schedule for Warranty Work My new Fusion Platinum experienced issues with the power windows not closing with One Touch. They were bouncing back down to 3/4 open. The service d My new Fusion Platinum experienced issues with the power windows not closing with One Touch. They were bouncing back down to 3/4 open. The service department was booked heavily for the next several days but they squeezed me in to get a timely resolution before the weekend. The reprogramming of the windows has been effective thus far, a week after the service work. I appreciate that the Klaben service department prioritized this work and were able to schedule it promptly. Mona asked me if I also wanted a complimentary car wash with the service and reviewed the Vehicle Report Card with me before I departed. More

Klaben service center The service center is very good. My problem is with Ford. I am getting more disappointed with Ford products. My car has only 36000 miles and the lug nuts are failing? My husband has a Mustang and we didn't know it had no spare tire! Too many bean counters at Ford now. I highly dought if my next car will be a Ford. Sorry Klaben, you are an excellent dealership but Ford is getting to be disappointing. More

Over a three month period I attempted to purchase the same MKX thru three other dealerships but had no satisfactory results and felt that I was being taken advantage of. Although Klaben is some distance away, I decided to email them and see if they were interested in dealing on a specific MKX. Doug Carter was the sales person that responded. I met Doug for the first time two days later when I picked up my new MKX. More than once I expressed to Doug how much I appreciated the treatment by him and Klaben. More
