Purchasing experience was simple and easy in/out. Service experience was just okay. Warranty work was required and instead of being in/out in 2 hours as expected, I needed to leave my vehicle until t Service experience was just okay. Warranty work was required and instead of being in/out in 2 hours as expected, I needed to leave my vehicle until the next day as a part was at an off-site warehouse. Instead of being able to follow-through with my plans after my 2 hour service, I was issued an Uber back home and back instead of being offered a loaner vehicle. Disappointed in such a service experience for a luxury vehicle. Compared to my service experience at Audi (Rocklin), this was not a 5 star. More

From the time I arrived at the service port it was friendly and efficient service. Service writer was efficient, yet highly detailed with the work to be performed.
