Our family have bought several vehicles from Norman Freire Chevrolet but after buying the Chevy Spark and having the last two oil changes; one on the Chevy Silverado truck and now the Spark, my impress Freire Chevrolet but after buying the Chevy Spark and having the last two oil changes; one on the Chevy Silverado truck and now the Spark, my impression is that they are doing us a favor by just coming in. I have been to Monumental Chevrolet and they actually meet and greet you like you are important. Monument offered a great deal on the Spark but because we always shopped @ Norman Freire I bought it there. This last oil change convinced me that I probably need to take my business elsewhere. Our previous Service Writers were super nice. When I arrived at 6:50 for my 7 o’clock oil change, the first thing I was told “We don’t start till 7 o’clock but I’ll go ahead and help you” like he’s doing me a favor. I was sitting in the car and was waiting as I know service does not open till 7. Just really disappointed. More
