I went into the dealer in need of a new car after i had been through a hard time because mine was crashed and I was upside down because I didn't have gap insurance. He gave me some options to look over, without ever pressuring me to make a decision. After test driving a few cars, and taking the time to discuss everything with my wife, we finally came to an agreement on the Corolla. The entire process was painless as James Flores, Joe Shoemaker (and crew) were very helpful, and had all of the paperwork, along with my new car, prepared for me in a very short amount of time.
