Attempting to charge 15k for a new engine. States he will contact for a correct estimate because it “didn’t sound right” according to agent. Never contacted for weeks. I called back, he answered , had the incorrect email address on file, states he has sent me email with the estimate. So I provided the correct email, and he states I will receive the estimate again in a few minutes. It’s been a few days. This agent does not stand on his word. More
