I had the best customer service through the whole experience at Hallmark Nissan. I went in for car service/repair. A lovely young lady, Hannah was very polite, patient and kind. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. Best customer service ever.

I bought my Jeep in September and it only had one key so I’d been putting off getting another due to the expense but to my surprise two spare keys showed up in the mail. They could have easily just tossed them but instead took the time to mail them to me. I think that demonstrates the honesty and integrity of their service. I will most definitely buy from them again. It was an easy and stress free experience.

I drove 3 hrs and met Peyton Odon at the dealership and she me in the parking lot and had the 2025 Integra Type S detailed and ready for me to test drive and answered any questions I might have. Jason Petty handled the paper work and I was in and out of his office very quick. I was able to get back on the road to Columbus MS in a timely matter. I’m a very satisfied customer and I would highly recommend this Acura dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle whether it’s new or preowned.

Everyone was generally very pleasant to deal with and helpful. My two main issues and the reasons for the ratings: first: the car was listed for sale on the website, carfax, etc, that’s how I found it as I live out of state. The car had not been serviced, looked at, or cleaned. Had to do a lot to make that happen and I was incredibly interested in buying the car. They got that taken care of, new tires, oil change, etc. took over a day to do. My second reason was how pushy they were with getting me to sign something saying I’m buying it now even though the car had not been serviced or looked at. Not signing anything until the car was taken care of, which it ended up being and I did end up purchasing the car.
