I wanted to give a shout out to Joyce and Crystal, I believe they're both cashiers there. They are amazing with their attitudes, sweet, and professional. They definitely had me smiling after the frustration of dealing with the service department. They deserve five or more stars, are friendly, and definitely deserve a raise because I think they deal with some unhappy people who had the displeasure of dealing with a big job with the service department. Kudos to you two ladies! I appreciate your kindness more than you know.
I brought my truck in October to have it worked on. They tracked down the issue and communication was amazing. Ended up needing an engine replacement. That's when things went south. They received the engine December 11th. I have been told for about two weeks all they need to do is hook everything up, test drive it, and leak check it. Well it is now January 8th 2024 and I still don't have my truck and they have repeatedly pushed back the completed date which was done twice today.... Steven in service is amazing but when he isn't there the customer service goes downhill. I can't call and get updates and at one time was told "sorry the parts department is closed so I can't give you an update". At this point I'm beyond frustrated and over not only the truck but this dealership.
Jeanette is now involved and offered me a rental but I'm afraid it may make my truck that I'm paying on sit there for longer.
I'd like to add I left the dealership owner a voicemail Dec 26th and have not received a call from him.
NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME ITS 1900 INSTEAD OF 500. BAD BUSINESS! BEWARE! Now my truck is being "held hostage" because someone there didn't do their jobs from the sounds of it. I'm never bringing another vehicle to this dealership again let alone buying a chevy. Should've stuck with Ford.
