UNREAL experience. Loved this dealership over Honda of Chandler! Mike Marks in car repair and Jahir were amazing!!! Not only were they making us laugh, but they found the problem immediately and took care of it within 30-45 min. Excellent experience… they are like a family out there! I expected $200-$1500 repair and walked out with paying $90 and waiting 45 min, instead of waiting a couple days!!! Unheard of! Thank you Mike and Jahir! Excellent customer service!!

Each time I come in for service, whether it's scheduled or emergency, Tyler has always been such a big help! He breaks down everything that needs to happen and the why of it. He goes into detail just so I understand everything that's going on with my vehicle. He's even gone as far to sit with me (and all my questions) so I could better track and compile data (for my own use) to estimate and plan for future service. I am completely at ease when I take my car in to him, because I know all the necessary issues will be handled accordingly and within budget.

This allows me to the ability to make arrangements for my truck maintenance when I return to Phoenix, no matter where I am in at the time. The available appointment times and drop off options are always the most convenient. Evan is always prompt and professional when I drop off my truck for service. He is thorough when discussing the recommended Ford Maintenance options and pricing. He always assures me, as best he can, the service timing, and maintains text communication to keep me updated on completion time. I appreciate Evans patience and attention to detail. I never feel like I am being rushed in or out following service. I will continue to rely on Surprise Ford for all of my Ford Truck Maintenance.

I love the dealership. I purchased this vehicle from a different place, but because of the history I had with them, I bought my car to them for service. They are always thorough and treat us well. Prices are high, but again, they are a dealership and the work they do is worth it. This last time I took my car in and asked for a loaner, they were not able to accommodate so they grabbed a tech to look at the problem and tell me what was wrong and what they fix was. We ordered the parts right there and I left with my car. They will call me when the parts get there and will get it fixed for me same day. We had a problem, they found a solution that cost me nothing. I love it.

He keeps my truck in top working order and that gives me peace of mind when I take my truck out of town. Luis always comes in under what he quoted me and always has my truck completed when promised. Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery! He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need.i appreciate that. I will continue to take my vehicles to Quebedeaux Buick-GMC. Paul the courtesy car driver was very pleasant and courteous as always. Paul is a big asset to the dealership.

Went in for regular service on my PriusV and came out with a new RAV4 hybrid. I had been thinking about a new car so I decided to check out their stock and they ended up having the exact car I wanted with the features and color I was looking for. The price was in my range and all of the staff at the dealership were top notch so I went ahead with the trade. Working with "Hoov" to make the car purchase was easy and I was able to drive away with my new car the same day. There was no pressure and the buying experience was genuinely enjoyable.
