I've been a long time customer of larry miller dodge ram at 22nd and Columbus in tucson they have been great and my go to guy is Juan he has been the best always makes sure that leave there happy no matter what im there for he's the one to ask for he gets the job done and hes just all around a nice guy very polite always makes sure im in and out as soon as possible never had to wait too long and he's very thoural on a scale one too ten Juan would definitely get a 10 so if you want an all around get the job done makes sure your happy when you leave well then Juan is your man! I bought my Sierra EV from another dealership in the Phoenix area. I found a manufacturing defect in one of the doors of the truck. After 3 months of constantly reaching out to the selling dealership to get my truck fixed, I gave up on them and contacted Liberty GMC. I was greeted by Rick Kinslinger in the Service department who quickly assured me they would make my vehicle right. Rick was a model of professionalism, keeping me updated along the way and going the extra mile to arrange a loaner vehicle that was comparable to my Sierra EV. Even though it is a long way to travel for me to visit this dealership, I will now use Liberty GMC for ALL my service needs from now on. Great communication, made me feel like I was their best and only customer. Thank GOD customer service lives!!

When I arrived for my service appt, I was greeted right away. My service associate Richard told me they would try to accomplish everything that day and that they may need to finish the next day. Nobody called me to tell me that it would indeed carry over to the next day. I texted, emailed and called to try to find out, only to learn after Richard had gone home that our car would not be ready until the next day. The lack of communication was aggravating. Within one week after picking up my car, my windshield washer fluid light came on. Small potatoes, in the grand scheme of things, but it makes me wonder about the thoroughness of the other services. The car drives great, and all other services performed appear to be great.

This was my first Chevrolet that I have bought in my entire life, and I am almost the age of 62 in December. I have always dealt with Honda and their service department. I have recently dealt with the service department on Ellsworth in Queen Creek. However, after coming to your location on Val Vista in Gilbert, it was by far the best experience I've ever had in my life! Ivan who greeted me and listened to my concerns was beyond helpful and accommodating. They were able to get my car in right away. He let me know that Tyler would talk with me about my electric car and my charger, etc. When Tyler came out, he went over everything with me. He was kind caring, patient professional knowledgeable, and the list goes on. There are not enough words to express how thankful I am that I now know Tyler and Ivan and I have so much confidence in the two of them taking care of my vehicle. I wish that every company hired more people like these two amazing fine men! I am so appreciative for the time they took to explain things and to listen to me and my frustrations with having a new electric car! 🙏🏻🥹❤️
