Melissa in the service department was awesome, answered all my questions and had someone align the car. Zack in the sales department helped me with CarPlay. This dealership and its customer service was amazing!

They have improved on their customer service. I can now give them 5 stars. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are honest and don't try to sell you parts or service you don't need. They go over the work performed and let you know if you need something replaced in the future.

5 I really appreciate you guys. Didn't have an appointment, had a nail in one of the tires, I was going to take the car for tire rotation next week, but, the air pressure of that one tire was low. Had to make an unexpected trip to Arizona from Mass. for a family emergency of both parents being in living facilities. We reached out to the General Manager Jens Trull, regarding alternative transportation to get around while we were there. He immediately responded and put us in touch with the rental manager (Vincent) who provided us with a rental. They went above and beyond for us to help us handle our family emergency as needed. Camelback goes above and beyond for everyone, even if they aren't current clients and on the East coast. Made the emergency trip easier to deal with! If you're looking to purchase a new/used car or get service work performed, this is a place that actually care. They are not looking to just make a dollar.
