I've been going to AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek for servicing my Acura MDX for several years and always come back. What brings me back is my Service Officer (Rolf) being thorough and responsive in advising in the best care and maintenance for my vehicle and understanding my priorities.

Bought a new car at Niello Acura and within 3 days, the rear view mirror had detached itself from the windshield. Brought the car in to get it fixed, but the process took longer than expected (2 weeks).

Jeff is the service manger and again EXCELLENT customer service I trust them with my car and they are always honest with me. I appreciate the service I have received the times I have gone in. Greg in parts is also extremely helpful when ordering parts and is very friendly as well as the greeter when pulling into the service drive. Will,Jeff,Greg is what customer service should look like! Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!
