I decided to get the extended warranty and it has really paid off for me. My turbo charger and catalytic converter went out and it was a really good thing that I opted for the extended warranty or I would not ba able to afford getting my truck fixed. A man named Eddie has been helping me through this process and has been very knowledgeable about everything and always kept me informed on updates and the process. Ambrosio Rodriguez assisted me with my recent problem with the front axle. He was diligent and appraised the issue I was having and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Ambrosio scheduled my return for both the seat belt recall issue and to repair/replace the front axle. He also described how detailing would remove the water/mineral spots on the exterior. Excellent suggestion! I am so pleased with the results I got at Spreen Honda and now my car looks like new! Ambrosio always listened carefully as I explained my concerns and offered excellent advice. He has an extensive knowledge of the autos and answered any questions I asked with clarity. Ambrosio was very friendly and professional, always with a smile. He made my Spreen Honda visits a pleasure and I look forward to seeing Ambrosio next time I have a problem with my CRV.

I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!
