I recently brought my car into Rio vista in Buellton CA for service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle did an outstanding job—thorough, efficient, and clearly very skilled. Not only was the work completed on time, but everything was explained to me clearly so I understood exactly what was done and why it was necessary. It's not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this experience gave me full confidence. The car is running smoothly, and I appreciate the attention to detail and the care taken during the repair. The staff was courteous, and the entire process—from check-in to pickup—was seamless. Highly recommend Henry Gonzalez and the team at Rio vista. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs!

Larry, Katlyn and the service team were efficient today. If I could rate them individually: Larry was a superstar! His customer service was exceptional; even under pressure with overbearing team lead giving him flack for all of the customers to hear! Katlyn was knowledge, understanding and aiding me with my next appointment for service. Lastly today was an unusual service demand. I appreciate the service teams ability to get me in and out in 90 mins or less.

Just want to say how much I appreciate Gus in your service department. I have had my car in several times in the last few months because of my battery not holding a charge. Two years ago when the problem started they found out the mirror on the drivers side was causing the problem. That lasted a short time and then I was having the same problems. Put new battery in a couple of times. A week ago the same thing. They kept my car for 4 days and came up with an answer that the lights in my tailgate weren’t turning off. Have my car back now and am hoping this works. I 87 years old and need a car that the battery doesn’t keep going out. Gus has been so helpful and considerate. I had a new battery put in the first of July and it only held the charge for a month.

No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!

I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!
