Very pleased with recent service visit. Particularly appreciated the Customer Care from Service Advisor, David Truong. David was professional, efficient, and answered/ addressed all my questions and concerns clearly. I appreciate the service department’s efforts at pricing transparency. Also appreciated the alternate transportation options while my car is in the shop. Appreciated having my car washed and interior vacuumed, ready for me to pick up.

I appreciate the service department professionalism. They addressed the 30k Mike service, replaced motor mount, fixed a tire puncture I think, rotated tires and gave a curtesy wash. All in a timely manner. Martin also addressed my concerns about the motor mount failing so soon- 6 years after purchasing it new. Apparently Volvo cars have this issue. I’ve owned previous cars for about 20 years each but never had that issue but they were not Volvo cars.

I was greeted promptly when I entered and did not have to wait long to meet with my service advisor, Mr. Taylor. I was advised to wait, as the entire service (30K mile checkup) would not take that long. Mr. Taylor was friendly, engaged, direct, and informed.

Klaus was courteous and competent. I called for scheduling in the morning and came in for tire change in the afternoon. The tire change was done in an hour. He also called my insurance for me. It was great service and experience!

My service person, Sequoia was absolutely great. She's very patient , thorough and is a very good trouble shooter. She identified issues that should have been caught by previous techs, which makes me concerned about the quality of previous work. I had problems in the same system for almost a year now. And, I've spent lots of money for you to make the repairs. Now I'm feeling like the problem is solved.

I needed to replace my windshiled on a brand new Electric Volvo and workig with Andriy Dotsenko in service was a pleasure. We spoke on the phone, did some e-mailing back and forth and scheduled the day I would get the windshileld replaced. Everything happended effortlessly and Andriy in service was personable, thorough and efficient. This is the kind of customer service we hope to receive. Thank you.

Dealership provided the 20k service complimentary since I had recently purchased the car used and there was not a record of it being performed. ETA for inspection was accurate. Was checked in right away. Waiting area/snacks was sufficient. Did not address all of my concerns outside of the basic inspection I asked about having a 3rd key made in order to access the Volvo app or if there was another way to access it so I’m unable to use all the features. Also, there was 1 tire that was more worn than the others but still had about 10k of tread left according to tire centers. Volvo keeps attempting to contact due to a “declined repair” which isn’t even necessary.
