I am here again to give an excellent review to the Desert Auto Dealership, my sincere apologies for not showing up at the time of buying the car,nevertheless I found the Manager Sr Avi Turjerman and Manager Assistant Sr Jonathan very helpful in resolving my concerns about the car and delivery. My advice to everyone who wants a car is to be there at time of purchasing the vehicle ask questions they want to help you and ultimately to sale the vehicle. I knew what make, model, color I wanted and I knew the sales person, Alejandra Abedoy that I wanted to help me. Alejandra had helped me almost four years ago and I wanted that same great experience again. When I arrived she pointed out the car I was looking for, when over all the updated features. There was one item I was concerned about Alejandra assured me it would be taken care of, the General Manager, who name I have forgotten also came out and assured me it was no problem to take care of the issue. I later met the Omar Omari for the financing, it was a pleasure to work with him again. Once I left the lot my experience was not over. Alejandra and called a couple of times to make sure that everything is still alright. Now I feel like part of the family.

My experience at Chevrolet of Carson is always pleasant. They make you feel like you are part of the Carson Chevy family. Lisa is always helpful and knowledgeable of Chevy’s products. Daniel is always consistent in his professionalism. Each time I bring my car in to be serviced he is there to take my information and get me signed in. I never wait longer than 5 minutes to begin the service process when I schedule my appointments. He always has a great disposition as well. Very pleasant young man. Also, the gentleman that is in the parts department is always a pleasure. He is also very knowledgeable of Chevy's products for my car. His professionalism is impeccable. He sets the atmosphere with calm music and is always so kind. I have been to other Chevy dealerships for service within the Los Angeles area. The other dealerships do not compare customer satisfaction and professionalism that the Carson Chevy family extend to their clients. For great customer service and efficiency Carson Chevrolet is it. Despite advertising "90 days no payments," they refused to honor it unless I used their preferred lenders—a condition hidden until I was pressured at signing. I explicitly requested financing through **VW Financial** (my prior lender) and was assured it would happen. Instead, they secretly switched my loan to another lender **two weeks after purchase** without my consent. They also ran my credit with **4 different companies** without transparency, unnecessarily damaging my 750 credit score. Despite a strong payment history and excellent credit, they prioritized their kickbacks over customer trust. **AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.** Their sales team lies to close deals, and their finance department manipulates loans post-sale. Secure your own financing beforehand—do NOT trust their "offers." What they advertise and what they deliver are entirely different.

I cannot recommend this place enough. If you go, ask for JIMMY WILLIAMS!!!!! I called ahead about the car I was interested in and he had the car all set for a test drive when I got there. The entire time he was nothing but supportive and helpful, never pressuring me into anything. He hooked us up with a great deal and made this the absolute best car buying experience I could have asked for. He is kind, funny, and truly a genuine person. Which is such a breath of fresh air, especially amongst car salesmen. If you are looking to buy a car, COME HERE AND ASK FOR JIMMY!!!
