I contacted at least nine dealerships trying to get someone to give me out the door car pricing so I could work out my finances and get the right car. I had a terrible time interacting with several dealerships. Just trying to get answers from them on what my needs were. When I interacted with Anthony Zavala , he got right to work and took me very seriously answering all my questions working with all my requests and even having a porter transport, a special color car from another dealership for me all while meeting my best deal possible price request. he was very transparent. Everything was as he said when I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready then I encountered Michael park who finished the deal on behalf of Anthony who had left for the day and Michael took very good care of preparing the car and making sure our needs where met. We met with Reginald Dickerson in the finance who I wanted to decline on all his products but he took the time to talk about the gap insurance and make sure that our family had what we needed with teenage drivers. Overall, I am blown away by the special attention and the excellent teamwork that was at this dealership. I have gotten several cars here over many years and I plan to Return 100%. Thank you so much to everybody on your team.

I had a great experience working with Otto Cedeno at Capistrano Mazda. Before I came in, Otto took the time to answer all my questions and sent me a video of the Mazda CX-50 Hybrid so I could get a better look at it. He also provided me with all the vehicle details, warranty information, and the CARFAX history report, so I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. Since it was close to the end of the month and the car was going to be reevaluated for a possible price reduction, his manager, Tom, agreed to honor the anticipated $500 reduction early, which I really appreciated. When I decided to see the car in person, Otto came in on his day off to meet with me. He was very patient while I test-drove the car, reviewed the pricing, and worked through the financing process. Otto was helpful, friendly, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-50 Hybrid with fewer than 6,000 miles on it, and its first scheduled maintenance had already been completed. It had previously been used as a dealership loaner for only a couple of months, so it was basically still new. I originally thought I would only qualify for a 4.99% APR through SchoolsFirst because the car was considered used. However, the finance department worked with my credit union and was able to get me a 4.59% APR because it still qualified as a new vehicle for financing purposes. The entire experience went smoothly, and I drove away feeling confident, excited, and like I received a great deal. I absolutely love my Mazda CX-50 Hybrid! Thank you, Otto, Tom, and the finance team for going above and beyond and making this such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Otto and Capistrano Mazda to anyone looking for a car!

We had been putting off the purchase for weeks and eventually made appointments at multiple dealerships, preparing for the usual pressure and hassle people often associate with buying a car.
