I stopped by Honda for an oil change without an appointment, and they took me in right away—no long wait at all, which was a great surprise! Although you can book online, it was super convenient that walk-ins are still welcomed and handled so efficiently. The two gentlemen who assisted me at the counter were kind, helpful, and made the process easy. But I really want to shout out the person who actually changed my oil—he’s the one who deserves the biggest thanks! I wish there was a way for him to be recognized more, because that’s where the real magic happens. I also appreciated the detailed car health report. It was honest and straightforward, without pressuring me about a “million things” that supposedly needed fixing—just the facts. Thanks, Honda! I’ll definitely be back

Jacob kept me updated, explained what was going on, and got everything done quicker than I expected. It’s not always easy to find a place that actually cares about their customers, but these guys really do. Definitely coming back here next time I need service or anything car-related.
