Noah, my service advisor was awesome. He followed through on ordering a part for my car and made sure that it was covered. I had mentioned that my gas tank cover would not open my last visit just prior to my coverage expiring. Service department and shuttle bus drivers were also really nice.

He made sure the vehicle was cleaned and washed before pickup and the costs were clearly explained (warranty vs consumer) and warranty parts were ordered in a timely manner. Cody is a major reason for our using this dealership for service. Kia Autosport of Pensacola is blessed to have staff like him.

You know it's more rare than it should be to have a pleasant car buying experience at a delaership. Normally it feels relatively shady, slime'y... we've all had that experience over the years. This was different. First off, the reason I was at the dealership was to have service done on my 2023 Stinger. I sort of tangentially was looking at a new Kia EV6, contemplating my life with a full electric vehicle. Before you know it I was headed down that rabbit hole. So as Alan (service manager) was wrapping a flawless service experience, I was in great hands with Jason, my salesperson. While the car buying experince still takes way too long (it shouldn't ever need more than 2 hours) - the process couldn't have been smoother. Bill Byrd Kia gets my highest recommendation.

Customer service was great from begining to end! While there, I had a chance to sit down and talk with Justin and Kerby on purchasing a new vehicle. I appreciate all the effort and attention they gave me. I test drove the Telluride. We talked numbers and they went out of their way to get me the best deal possible even though I decided to not buy at this time. I can't say how much I appreciated this. I work in sales and understand how tough it can be! Bev Smith Kia will be my place to go when I am ready for a new vehicle. I would reccommend them to anyone.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Since purchasing our 2023 Kia Telluride from this dealership, we have had nothing but issues and recalls with the car. Every time we try to schedule an appointment with them, it takes weeks. Then when we would take it in, they wouldn't check what they were doing and we had to bring it in again for the same issue in a matter of weeks. Most recently, we asked them to check on the car pulling to the right after getting our tires rotated with them. They said it must be a bent suspension. They did NOTHING and sent us home with an appointment to come back in two weeks. Since this is our only car, I decided to get the issue checked at another mechanic. Turns out one of our tires was bulging, which was the cause of the issue. The dealer either didn't check what was wrong with the car at all, or saw the tire and sent us home anyway. This is a very dangerous issue, and we drive with 2 babies in our car all the time. When we called about the issue again, they said it wouldn't be covered under warranty, even though it was likely something they did during the tire rotation that caused damage to the tire in the first place. They are the WORST to deal with, if you really want a Kia, PLEASE go somewhere else and save yourself the heartache!
