Perfect communications and service every step of the way. Luke was my service manager and he was great! Everyone was very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to go to the dealership. They conveniently came to my house and picked up my car. I was brought a great loaner car which I didn’t need because my car was returned that afternoon all washed and in perfect condition. They sent me a video of my car evaluation and I could see the service area was spotlessly clean. I am a very happy customer. They will perform all my service work on my Porsche 911 in the future.

Just know that your vehicle is in good hands. I bought an used car here and it’s been a couple of years already and had no problems. They have an advanced coffee maker that crushes the beans to make you fresh coffee. They also have a vending machine and plenty of space where you could sit comfortably to wait for your car. They also have a few tables, a TV, and offer free WI-FI

In the past and before buying any car I would spent hours researching the dealer, the brand, their pricing but always neglected to check their service department. Blaine gets 5 stars every time. The service area is safe, clean, spacious and comfortable, pricing for maintenance and repairs is affordable and straight forward. I can’t say enough about our experience at Ocala BMW. My wife and I were 120 miles into our Sarasota to Baltimore drive on a Saturday around 1 pm when the coolant warning appeared. My wife contacted the nearest BMW dealership which happened to be Ocala. Cynthia Lebron was amazing and told us to bring the car in that afternoon. The problem was diagnosed as needing a new water pump. A time consuming job. The parts were ordered immediately and the work finished promptly. Cynthia even navigated the process with our outside extended warranty policy for us. Ocala BMW provided outstanding service to us in an extremely difficult circumstance.
