We dealt with Abriel in service, and he was very understanding with the fact that this was the primary truck for the company. The repairs were done in a timely manner without loss of business-related deliveries. Every time I interact with any employee of this company, I am impressed with their kindness and professionalism. Over the 4 years I have owned a 2017 Nissan Rogue, I have dealt with the parts department and the service department. Working with Darren as my service consultant was a pleasure. He explained everything that needed to be done for my 60,000 check up and suggested the most important things to take care of first. I will go back periodically to get the other things done to spread out the costs. My oil change and multi-point inspection were done quickly so my wait time was kept to a minimum. As I was about to leave, I thought to ask if my spare had been checked and when he realized that it had not, he did it himself and filled it with the appropriate amount of air. It is a true pleasure to work with all the folks at Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg.
