Cadillac Lakeland is great! I needed to have my windshield replaced, which was handled at the dealership. The process from drop off, to getting a loaner vehicle to pick up, was fast and easy. All service personnel were professional and courteous. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because, while my vehicle was washed prior to pick up, it wasn’t vacuumed and the front passenger floorboard was definitely in need of vacuuming and there was fine dust along the dashboard. I’m certain it was an oversight, but I did withhold the 4th star, as a result.

It was my Nissan Rogue first service, the wait time was ok, the waiting room is comfortable and there is a little plaza across the street where you can as once wait. However, usually I get my car back cleaned up and I didn’t this time :( The employees at Coral Springs Nissan have a great sense of customer service.
