None of which was discussed prior. We felt like we were manipulated into thinking one thing and once they got us there they did what they wanted. When we left we got a carfax after being told it had been in an accident which it had not so my husbnd called and spoke with the owner of the company himself, he appologized for what had occured and said he would do everything in his power to make it right. It has been 5 days now and we haven't heard from him oh yeah he said he would call us back first thing the next morning but not yet. I feel they are dishonest and I would not recomend them to anyone wanting reliable and honest service.
