Arrived at the service station earlier than scheduled, service rep went over issues that need to be addressed before and after oil change. Activity lasted as advised. Car needs recall to be completed however this dealer only offers replacement vehicle to customers with special criteria that are unknown to me. And being in the "on call" status does not allow the car to be left in the dealers for the extended amount of time.
