OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH JOHN JONES HAS BEEN GOOD AND I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM IN THE PAST AND HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL CARS FROM THEM; THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM.
