Mismanagement, Denial, and Lack of Accountability: After an oil change performed by Indy Honda, my vehicle suffered catastrophic engine failure. Multiple independent parties—including my repair dealership (a certified Honda dealership), an inspection company, and Honda Corporate—identified negligence by Indy Honda as the cause. I provided clear evidence to support this, including a third-party warranty inspection report, photographic proof of the drain plug resting in the oil pan and the resulting engine damage, and verbal confirmations from experts affirming the connection to Indy Honda’s service. Despite this, the general manager and associates dismissed my evidence as “hearsay” and instead relied solely on their internal inspection to deny responsibility. This selective dismissal of third-party findings and expert opinions reflects a troubling unwillingness to take accountability for their mistake. The financial impact of this failure exceeded $7,000, yet Indy Honda only offered a $1,000 "goodwill" payment, which is a fraction of the costs I incurred. To make matters worse, Rohrman Cares, which initially reached out after my first review and promised mediation, failed to follow through despite multiple attempts to contact them. This experience has left me feeling deeply frustrated and disheartened. Businesses should act with integrity and transparency, especially when their actions harm their customers. Unfortunately, Indy Honda has shown a pattern of denial and avoidance instead. Proceed with caution if considering their services.

I bought a truck from them in August and as of December 11th they still have not registered my vehicle. I had called to follow up numerous times and continually got the run around. Now nobody returns my calls. Nobody has reached out to me to let me know what’s going on. I bought a truck I can’t drive because no one here cares.

Horrible communication with salespeople at this dealership. On 1/28/25 I inquired about a vehicle. Around 8 am I sent another email advising that I resided out of state and that I'm 4 hours away, so I advised I would be paying cash and wanted to know the otd price. I received numerous emails from 3 different salespeople all requesting for me to drive to their dealership. Again, I advised I was out of state and requested their otd price and that I would be paying cash. Each salesperson responded requesting that I drove to their dealership and did not provide an otd price. On 1/30/25 I received numerous emails requesting that I make an appointment to come look at the vehicle. What is completely absurd is that I called the dealership on 1/31/25 and was advised the vehicle was sold to the auction the evening of 1/29/25!!! Instead of providing me with an otd price on 1/29/25 (at 8 am) and sealing a deal, they all advised me on 1/29/25 and again on 1/30/25 TO DRIVE 4 HOURS TO LOOK AT A VEHICLE THAT WAS ALREADY SOLD AND REMOVED FROM THEIR LOT!!! UNBELIEVABLE that any dealership has such a lack of communication within their own dealership between sales staff.

This review is based on my experience with Brian aka Coach. I called to set up service for recalls for my Lincoln Aviator. Brian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done. He offered to have someone pick up my car and return when service was complete. I have rarely come in contact with someone who is as helpful and provides service as well as he did.

This was my first time in the Sauers dealership. Using their online website I found something the wife was interested in, so we went to take a look (coming from another town). The staff was very accommodating and there is more that 1 "car guy" there and it was great as we could speak the same language, which thrilled me. Wife approved of the car, contingent on fixing a slight rattle - which they did immediately. Negotiating went smoothly and we left with a new vehicle. Even though it was late in the day, the team prepped the car and filled the gas tank. No haggle, no hassle. Beautiful facility and some real treasures in the show room to enjoy. I don't know why I never drove out to Sauers before this, but they will be at the top of my list going forward. Much appreciated. PS - I really appreciate that the owner is really picky about the level and quality of used vehicles he brings in.

I have purchased Ford trucks from Wayne Leach for over 20 years. The last several years it has been a new truck every year. The truck are F150 Lariats and the two were Power Boost. One from Hubler Shelbyville and the last one from Hubler Franklin. .I found him to be a honest and fair sales man. I have followed his move in dealerships and I will continue to work buy from Wayne as long as he decides to sale. I have a 2002 Ford F150 that started leaking around the rear window. I called Peason Ford's body shop (collision repair) and was advised: "They could not fix or work on my truck due to the age limit." Of course, I panicked and asked to speak with the Manager. I was forwarded to Ms. Brewer, who rendered a solution to stop the leak, which she could order. I then purchased the suggested product and saw that it was a double-tube sealant and epoxy. Once I found that auto part stores, Lowe's, Home Depot and Menards, did not sell the caulk gun, I called Ms. Brewer back, who was able to get a mechanic to loan me his caulk gun. I sealed my rear window and stopped the leak. She went over and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciated that customer service towards me, a United States Marine. Thank you again, Ms. Brewer!

We stayed past closing hours and he did not complain staying late and was ver accommodating. Bobby Likens our finance guy was also very pleasant and explained each form to us. When we picked up our car. Marco helped transfer everything out from our old car to our new car. I love the team work everyone displayed. Awesome job!

I bought a vehicle from. Superior auto in September of 2024. We believed in our sales representative at the Evansville location. He told us that this vehicle had been inspected to ensure we were receiving a quality car. We have had nothing but issues since we purchased our Buick Enclave 2015. We had it in the machinic shop January 2025 to fix various issues including control arms suspension struts the air bag system (started showing issues two weeks after purchasing) and other issues thid vehicle had that should have been taken care of before we ever purchased it. Further more, the warranty company would not cover all costs and we are on the hook for $1200. Superior auto described a program we could go through that they offer which would add this $1200 to our loan and pay off the remaining balance to the mechanic. We have submitted the requested documents to have this done and now we are in April and Superior Auto still hasn't sent the mechanic payment. They have ran our credit again, won't answer our questions as to why this is taking so long but still we pay each week. Yesterday I was driving my kids home from school and three different lights came on indicating the all wheel drive system was malfunctioning traction control was off and the stabili trak needed service subsequently as we were on the highway frighting sputters started happening. So since September of 2024 we have had to replace the battery (the day after purchase) replace the tires out of our pocket, have the vehicle in the mechanics for two weeks responsible for $1200 which all cost should have been covered but for $150, have had the airbag system serviced multiple times and now in the very beginning of April 2025, 7 months after purchase our vehicle is again inoperable. This was supposed to be our family vehicle driving my kids to school going grocery shopping and various other in town family activities and I am afraid to get in it not knowing what's going to happen next or thinking we will be stranded on a simple outing. We've asked to speak to their corporate office and are refused the contact information. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Superior auto we trusted them and have been severely let down.

He established a good connection on my first inquiry, sent me all kinds of information and the best part was, on the day of actually test driving, did not push me for purchase or any additional costs. I was able to make a well-informed decision without any pressure which is super appreciative. The deal was good and they met me where I needed. Highly recommend seeking out Bob Rohrman in general but if you go to the Lafayette location, ask for Tyler Francis!

I would not buy a car here if you are planning on using the service department for recalls or repairs. I took my car there for a recall on the air bags. The appointment was made a week in advance. Dropped it off Monday night for a Tuesday repair. I called Wednesday afternoon to see when it would be ready. The first two times I called they said they would check on it. After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes both times I was hung up on. Called back a third time and the person I talked to said they would check on it. After checking he said it should be ready about 4 o'clock and they would call me when it was ready. Never heard back. Called back the following morning and they said it should be ready about noon. Called back again about 1:30. They then told me the part just came in and there were 2 ahead of mine before they will start working on it. My only question is why would they schedule me for Tuesday if they could not get to it by Friday? It's a large recall, shouldn't they have the parts there prior to your car getting there? It would be nice if they would at least give you the option to take your car back if the parts are not there. They lied about it for 2 days knowing they did not have the parts and were not working on it.
