Mitch does an outstanding of coordinating the service on our 2016 CRV. We live in rural Western KY and recently bought a new 2025 Acura MDX, part of the reason to buy it was knowing we could count Mitch and team to handle routine maintenence. This way we don't have to drive 2.5 hours to Louisville everytime.

I was able to drop my vehicle off before going on vaction. Barbara kept me informed throughout the process of diagnostics and parts. We anticipated a high bill due to parts and other requirements but were pleasantly surprised that the actual cost was much much closer to a rough estimate. On the day of pick up, one of the ladies - whose name escapes me, seemed bothered that I would dare ask her about my vehicle, but other than that, I had no issues and courtesy from the rest of the staff was top notch.

My wife and I have been very fortunate to be working with Brian in the service department. The issue with our car was extensive, but Brian kept us informed on a regular basis what was required to get the car repaired. He also played a critical part in getting the company we had our extended service contract with to cover and pay what was agreed upon in the repair quote. We are extremely appreciative for his help throughout this process.
