He did his homework and when we showed up at the dealership he was on the case. He had researched his inventory and had several options that met our needs. When we wanted to see a vehicle he had it brought right up to the door and let us test drive anything we wanted. I've had my car for over a year now. I've paid over 7000$ in payments. But since the interest rate is so high amd other stuff they through in there I've according to them have only paid barley over 1500$ on it. It should be illegal for them to do this stuff. I got my car in 2015 and I won't have it paid off till may 2021. I pay 218$ every 2 weeks! Don't do it people! They rip you off!!!! All theyes want to do is trick you into buying a car that will end up costing you well over the value of the car as if it was brand new!

I heard about this place from a friend, so before I went looking on Craigslist or a bigger lot, I stopped by to see what they had. I was surprised at the selection, and the guy who helped me (Brad) seemed to be a really nice guy. I'm all about customer service, and this place is basically the Chick-fil-A of car shops.
I was looking for a newer Honda Accord, and they had exactly what I was looking for on the lot. Brad was very kind and helpful and didnt try to push me into buying something more expensive that I didn't need. He worked with me on the price, and I came home happy.
I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest & family-friendly place to get a car.

Purchased a Volvo S 60 in February 2017 when I took delivery service light was on Dash salesman and dealership committed to pay to fix whatever the problem was. After five dealerships, four separate auto repair shops including the Lexington bar about dealership, visits multiple phone calls to the immature salesman Clay Carol they will not allowed me to speak to management Michael Michele owner. Today's visit they denied a conversation with the owner the repair bill is 3600. Plus 180 already paid out of my pocket which I have not been reimbursed for . The salesman has made commitments that obviously he cannot keep him refuses to turn the issue over to management. I am filing a lawsuit have notified the lender and will continueon every social media available

This car lot rips people off all the time. They know the cars have problems before they go on the lot. There have been many instances where a transmission is going out and they say just put it on the lot and when someone buys it we will just add the repair to their loan so we don't have to fix it. They are legally supposed to sell repos at auction but nobody is allowed to go to this supposed auction or see the vehicles they are supposed to be bidding on. So what they do is bid the car back in for a few hundred dollars then get a repo title and put the car back on the lot for sale and then sue the customer. If anybody goes to these fake auctions they will be told it is a silent auction and they have to put in a bid and they aren't allowed to see the vehicles they are bidding on. They do this so they can lie and say they have been out bidded. They put the car through the body shop to get bondoed up and painted then it goes to detail and then it goes back on the lot. They also keep copies of every key to the customers cars and keep them in the customers file for repoes this is also illegal. When a customer pays the car off they will deny having a copy of the key and just throw it away. I can go on and on but these people are evil. They rip off every single customer they get. If u actually get lucky enough to get a decent car then chances are if you buy another 1 it will be a complete piece of xxxx.

I saw a vehicle online and called to inquire about it as I lived 2.5 hours away. "Great truck, no rust, good paint job" were some of the comments that I was given. Drove the 150 miles to see the vehicle. What a piece of junk! Dented bumper, rust everywhere and one fender did not even match. Obviously a wrecked truck. Mislead is an understatement. Salesman laughed it off as "that's why it is so cheap". Five hours of my wasted time is not funny to me! BEWARE!!!

I drove 200 miles one way to purchase a 2013 Tacoma from these guys based on their stated and advertised description of it which was a clean local KY trade in. Upon arriving home and washing the vehicle I noticed several areas including the hitch, exposed portion of the exhaust pipe, and the exposed portions of the rear suspension that had been freshly sprayed with low gloss black spray paint that didn't stand out on the lot. Curious as to why they would do this I found on closer examination that it was to mask an emerging rust issue. Placing the vehicle on a chassis lift I found the exposed bolts that they didn't paint were completely rusted as well as the spot welds on the frame, both differentials, drive shafts, and suspension were covered in rust. All of the spot welds on the frame as well as the body plugs were already rusting as well with perforations around the body plugs already forming. According to Carfax the vehicle was leased brand new in New Jersey where it remained until Bypass motors purchased it at auction in late 2016. NOT a local trade in. One of the employees at Bypass bought the vehicle, drove it for three months, then subsequently returned it. I called to inform the manager that the vehicle was not as described and not accurately advertised and that I'd like to return it. He contested that since his employee had registered it in KY four months prior to my purchase of it, that it was justifiable to label it a local trade in. He then offered to pay half to have the chassis undercoated. Knowing that would do nothing to alleviate the rust that was taking hold elsewhere on the body and that rust was always going to be an issue with this vehicle I declined his offer and countered by offering to pay their "processing fee" in order to return the vehicle all the way back to KY. He refused and would only offer to "buy" the vehicle back for 5 times their processing fee. Keep in mind I put down one third of the purchase price in cash. Easily the worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything. If Bypass responds they will contend that I'm "overreacting" to the rust issue. Ask yourself what kind of business would attempt to dictate what constitutes an overreaction in reference to a customers satisfaction instead of making things right.

Test drove a car. Negotiated a price several days later. Talked with operations manager John Brook three times on day of purchase. Purchased car insurance for this car. Took time off work. Showed up with nephew so we could drive both cars back. Arrived as car was in process of being sold to another person. Was told to wait around because that deal was not done. Waited until it was, indeed, done. Left in time to see woman drive off in car I was there to purchase. Cars of Kentucky - family business that will treat you right.... unless they get a better offer.
