Service advisor explained what was included in the 10k service and Approximately How long it would take for the service to be completed And also asked if I had any concerns or questions. While I was there, I also added an additional service To keep my vehicle in tiptop shape. My service advisor was professional, courteous, and even set up a shuttle service so I can get some breakfast. The whole service experience was Exceptional. The service website to make, and modify appointments was very convenient and straightforward. I was able to add the services that I like for my appointment. Overall 11/10. I trust there expertise. What made it even more special, Brendon came and said hello. Thank you!

Sarah in a friendly and professional way not only informed me no appointment was need but also suggested Tuesday after 1 pm was a great time to come and be out very quickly! Thanks to Sarah friendly and professional advise guided to a very quick State Inspection. Greeted by Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser Inspection wait time was minimal! Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful. Always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and Service Advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen pay personnel attention to every service detail. Joie is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership. After the sale service is the key!

Always a pleasure to see the friendly, courteous staff at Jannell Ford in Hanover. They take the time to listen and then ensure I understand clearly what has been done w my car. I do not see the mechanics but appreciate their attention to my car maintenance needs. The wait time is never longer than I am told it will be and the customer waiting area keeps me comfortable as I wait. My service advisor Billy kept me apprised of the process throughout my wait.

Earlier this year, I decided to trade my 2021 Tucson Ultimate for the 2024 Tucson XRT. Initially, I wasn’t quite sure I had made the right choice since a few features I enjoyed in the Ultimate weren’t available in the XRT. However, after undergoing hip surgery, my perspective shifted completely. The XRT’s running boards (which the Ultimate didn’t have) made getting into the SUV so much easier post-surgery—an absolute game changer for me! I had my first scheduled service appointment a few days ago, and I must say, Jeffrey White and Frank Williamson were both incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s not easy to find such excellent service these days. Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain my service options, especially given my vehicle's low mileage. I was in and out quickly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. This service department truly knows how to keep their customers happy and satisfied.

I had been away for about 2 months, and returned to a dead battery in my Odyssey. I was able to jump start the car, and took it to a place to check the battery health -- they indicated it was only at 35% power level. Went to Lundgren Service today for a battery check to confirm the battery was bad -- it was. Actually it was a 100 month replacement battery I bought from Lundgren in Oct., 2019, so it still had some warranty remaining. The staff was able to replace the 5 1/2 year old battery with a new 100 month replacement at a total cost of $136. WOW is all I can say. This reaffirms my belief that Lundgren's does focus on fair and honest prices for repairs.

I went in because of a non-working radio and screen. The service rep Bill was very helpful. He wasn’t sure how long the diagnostics would take but offered me a Lyft back to my house and back if I didn’t want to wait. I decided to wait a couple of hours first, at which time the problem was fixed. Turns out it was a rare but easy to address issue with a reset which he showed me how to do. He also fixed another minor tech issue that was out of synch. All in all, very efficient and professional service.

It is rare that I've had occasion to visit a dealer for service so I really did not know what to expect. I was apprehensive, fearful to tell the truth, of the unknown! Our 2020 soul needed emergency care and Wagner Kia was the closest choice. I was fortunate enough to encounter Stan, the service manager via telephone. He was cordial and quite genuine and I began to feel confident I was in good hands. Though my vehicle was not purchased there, he prioritized my repair and kept me well informed to it's progress. All in all I was treated well by Stan and his entire staff. Overall I can confidently say these are reputable folks with good intentions and you can feel good about visiting them for your Kia needs. The facility was quite nice b.t.w. exuding a sense of professionalism and permanence. Thank you to Stan and the fine folks at Wagner Kia!
