My '23 Acadia had a steering wheel airbag module error. This replacement airbag was on back order across the country. Ben explained the situation to me, got the part on-order, arranged for a loaner/rental car and kept me informed of the status of the part. Once the part had shipped he contacted me with an outlook of how long it would take to install and test, once they had the part. The service department made it happen ahead of time, even after having to do some additional diagnostics, Ben was great to work with and kept me informed all through the service process.

Unfortunately, we had a bad part in our new truck and it is taking a while to get that new part in. I don’t believe this has much to do with the dealership Just General motors. The service department was good at securing a vehicle for us in the interim.

Very happy with the car buying experience here! My sales rep Matt responded to my request to see the vehicle extremely quickly. Had the car in pristine shape when I arrived to test drive it. I was in and out of there in an hour and a half, and came home with the car of my dreams! I could not be happier to have dealt with them....they are wonderful!
