I would like to thank Dan Sommerfeld and crew for the service they performed on my 2023 QX80 January 6th and 13th. I enjoyed working with Dan he is very knowledgeable and conscientious. I came in for 30,000 mile service and they found the climate control fan needed to be replaced and the drivers seat frame needed to be replaced (it would not stay in selected position since the car was new). The service took two appointments, so I thank them for their patience and quality work.

It just so happens that I had an issue while visiting in MN. The dealership, Boris and Nick Amor, were quick to resolve the issue. No arguments and very helpful. I cannot give this same review for the other dealership in town. If you are looking for a Mercedes, this is who I trust.

Great dealership! Went for a 12k service, was 2 hrs early and they got me in right away. I was in and out before my scheduled appt. My salesman Kris saw me pull in and came to find me to say hi. Staff was very accommodating. The accessories staff was very helpful in answering a lot my questions.

The service tech did an excellent job inspecting the vehicle and providing recommendations for what work was needed. When the vehicle was ready for pick-up, Anna reviewed all charges in detail and followed-up on a few concerns I had mentioned at check-in. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
