Lloyd....what a guy! I went into Land Rover MPLS looking for a special Defender OCTA. They had been currently sold out, but Lloyd did not stop trying to get me one. Luckily one became available, and I was able to order/purchase. Valerie in the finance dept. was amazing to work with. Everything was very professional and went smooth. The days of worrying about suspicious car salesman and dealer tricks are over when you go to Land Rover MPLS. This place treated me like royalty, and everyone was fabulous to work with.

I recently purchased a car from BMW Park Place while living out of state, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I worked with Bram, the salesperson, who kept me informed every step of the way. He clearly laid out my best options, which helped me move quickly and secure the car I was looking for. Their financing options are also very flexible. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron, their finance manager, who went above and beyond by contacting my bank directly to ensure I was getting the best possible rate. He truly had my best interests in mind. What stood out most was how welcome and comfortable I felt throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine support. That’s a rare quality in the car buying world, where many dealerships seem to look out only for themselves. Park Place is different—they look out for their customers. If I ever buy another car, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Park Place, even if it means flying there and driving 1,000 miles home. It’s absolutely worth it.

I want to give 5 stars, but this time will be just 4 stars to catch your attention, and give them something to work towards improving. My only issue was the timing based on my appointment, and it's actually no big deal, especially if it was just an unexpected bottleneck. That said, it almost sounded like this might be a continuous issue, unless I misunderstood. What happened was that I had an oil change appointment @ 2:30 (arrived at 2:20), and I didn't get out of there until 4:30 because of the cars ahead of my appointment were backed up. Again if it was an unexpected thing, then these things happen. In a perfect world I would have loved to have known about the delay @ like 2:00, so that I could have arrived @ like 3:30, or 4:00 instead of rushing to arrive at 2:20 as I had things that I needed to do. If you are looking for a suggestion of how to improve, then it would just be able to dial in the timing better, otherwise it's all good, and I am happy. I merely throwing that out as a suggestion as some people can get grumpy. The staff was friendly, and informative, the waiting room had TV, and snacks etc... the oil change was good, the inspection was good, and they even did a car wash. I am 100% happy, so I have no complaints.....just the suggestion as stated above

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

After weeks of car searching, Mazda was one of the few dealerships that didn't run other car dealers down. So we decided on a Mazda which we had never had. After working with Cody and Denise we knew what we wanted. They were professional but down to earth. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just straight talk and no b.s. We definitely recommend them. Also, the dealership was big and fancy as most are but it was clean, bathrooms included!
