I was so impressed with his honesty, he did not try to sell me “a” car. He listened and worked toward finding the car I wanted. The day the car arrived he called and sent pictures. I drove 4 hours to look at the interior and check the options and work with Chris to purchase the car I was looking for. I own a 2017 Rogue and love it so I wanted a Rogue with all the new safety features. Chris made me comfortable and everything a pleasure. I did a lot of research for what I wanted to buy, so the car salesman had it extremely easy. I knew everything about the car, even the Carfax thanks to Cars.com. Financing took a very long time, even though I didn't have a trade in and was paying a pretty large down payment. It didn't seem very long though. The Finance manager was a hoot! Between the salesman Christian and the Finance manager Michael, we felt like we'd known them for ages.

I have 2021 nissan altima i give my car for service ( oil change and tire rotation) every time they did mistake they don’t have proper wheel balancing machine and they do scrathes and broke my alloywheel for me this is the third time happen and they are argue with coustmers afterthat they are changing the pictures and lying and they are trying to blame on us .i strongly recommended dont give your cars for service in frank fletcher nissan ( joplin) and especially service advisor ( steve wright) he is a very very rude with all customers and below and i shares with proofs also so please dont give your cars in frank fletcher nissan
