Traveling home to Pennsylvania, our truck broke down on the interstate highway and was towed to Corwin Ford, having been recommended by the towing serviceman. Things did not go as I had hoped they would and subsequently it was deemed that the truck could not be repaired in a timely and cost effective way. Subsequently, we had to purchase a vehicle for the remainder of our trip home. At the recommendation of the salesman, we chose the Jeep. The sale went smoothly and we were on the road again in two days. Thanks again to the Service Rep (Andy), the Service Technician, Sales Rep (Rich) and Finance Rep (Justin).

I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

Critters chewed up my wiring on my EV car. Fortunately, the light came on and I took it in to have it checked out. They found the chewed wiring and would not let me drive home. They provided a loaner car for me so I wasn't stranded. This occurred over Thanksgiving, so a lot of time was lost. Tom was excellent to work with, he communicated with me multiple times as we waited on the insurance adjuster then the parts. I knew my car was in good hands. I used to go to a different Chevrolet service department - I was not happy with them. I've been very happy with the service @ Landers and I've always worked with Tom.

I've owned a repair shop for 23 years and hear night mare stories of dealerships. My 2019 Ram 5.7 Hemi needed a heater core. Teresa put me in a new Charger for a loaner car. Truck is torn down, but part in stock was for the older model. My part is on back order from factory, shipping date is May 29th. I need my truck to haul a boat Memorial Day weekend. Teresa called rental companies, no truck, spoke with new and used car lot, against policy to haul. While I was there, Parts dept, Technician, an Teresa brain stormed together to come up with a solution. End result.... they took a heater core from a truck that is on their stock list, and put it in mine. 10* rating for service, communication, determination, team work. I pick my truck up today! Well done Team!
