Edit 09/19/2024 I spoke with the General Manager Larry he definitely made everything right and honored the coupon that I brought in that day. I brought my 2008 G35 in for service. WhenI was told that it would cost about $3000 to fix what had to be done, I decided that instead of putting more money into my car that I would lease a new car. I leased a new Q50. I was helped by Ralph Planzo, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I love how this car drives and looks.

I just want to say after going through a complete nightmare with damage on my car, we finally met Randy and Andy in the body shop at Jim Marsh Kia. These guys were amazing. I really felt like they cared and wanted to help us. With their help we got our insurance company to do an estimate and got our car completely repainted. Both Andy and Randy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would recommend these two men to anyone. They kept us informed every step of the way, as well as having the repairs done in a timely fashion. 5 stars for the body shop at Jim Marsh Kia. Jerry and Gail Norman

Made an appt, but yet my car wouldn't have been ready if I hadn't stayed to get it. Everyone was very nice, but this made no sense. But, for the cost of service, time is a huge factor. I was there at 12:45 though the appt wasn't until 1:30. I left at 5:50. Frankly, I don't know if the reason I went there was fulfilled. I hope it is detailed on the paperwork. I made and appt! A car was offered, but I did not want it. Again - everyone was very polite. I'm sorry.

Excellent service for my Miata. Normal service, full safety check. Plus factory recall update. This was done with a very thorough inspection at arrival; an estimate for the service that was accurate. Completed in a most timely manner. In addition a navigation system correction is needed and a recommendation/estimate that is accurate was provided.

I took my Jeep gladiator to Chapman Chrysler Jeep for a coolant leak. They charge me $451 but didn't secure the hoses or proper Fix the issue. two days later it overheated again after being ignored the first time. I finally got a follow up and they wanted to charge over $750 for a more repairs. I ended up checking it myself and found the issue a leaking reservoir. I replaced it it myself for $60 and fix the problem. No other leaks. Poor communication sloppy work. And zero accountability I won't be back.

Just took my car in for service and Alex was very respectful and provided excellent customer service! I always stay while my car is being serviced, and everyone goes out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable and answer all the questions that I have! thank you, ABC Hyundai!
