I wish zero stars was an option. I brought my truck in for service and to have multiple recalls and operating issues addressed. This service was scheduled to take days to complete. I requested a loaner vehicle and was told that “they don’t do that it costs too much money”. Coordinated a ride and had service complete. Thankfully I was able to take time off from work. Upon pickup I was told “they looked at it and there’s nothing wrong”. Months later I attempted to schedule and oil change and was told they had a note on my file and would return my request with another call. About an hour later the service director called explaining that “we have enough business and are not accepting any new customers. You trashed us on your survey and that pissed us off, we have enough customers at this time”. It would have been nice to hear back from this guy after the survey with an attempt to provide better customer service but that didn’t happen. Apparently they want you to lie on the survey and if you provide any honest feedback they blacklist you as a customer. I’m sure Allen is rolling over in his freshly dug grave at the way his business is being run into the ground without him.
