Paul Miller Audi - Parsippany, NJ

This is really a follow-up to my previous comments regarding this dealerships approach to sales. They are arrogant, to say the least, and in my opinion extremely rude. I have to say again: If this is how they treat customers who are trying to buy cars, how will they treat you after? Visiting other dealers only reinforced by opinion of this one. If you are shopping for a car, and considering this dealership, do yourself a favor and go about 2.5 miles east - to Bloomfield Ave and Globe Mercedes-Benz. I just bought a very low mileage certified pre-owned MB C230 there and am extremely pleased with the car and the entire buying experience. What a difference. Paul Miller missed out - I could be driving an A3 or A4 right now. But I'm not.

Bell Audi - Rahway, NJ

I am a first-time Audi lessee and after only 7 months , I feel that my first Audi may also be my last. I have had nothing but problems with my 2009 Audi A4 since we picked the car up from Bell Audi in Edison, NJ . Upon purchasing the vehicle, which was not in stock and had to be driven by our salesperson, Ben Mandanas from upstate New York, we noticed a vibration in the steering at highway speeds, so at our first scheduled maintenance we decided to address this matter. After the mechanics at Bell Audi evaluated the situation, they could not determine what was causing the vibration, so they decided to change all 4 tires. After bringing the car home, my wife noticed immediately that the tires made no difference. Since it is an inconvenience to keep brining the car in since we are not close, my wife decided to “just live with it.” Leasing a $40,000 car , I believe you shouldn’t have to live with this problem and I hope you would agree. After a few months went by, my wife started noticing that when turning the wheel from a standstill position, the vehicle jerks forward until you straighten the wheel fully. At our next possible convenience, we decided to bring the car back in for service. Only this time the service person, Michael Alfano informed us that he found a slight dent in the rear rim that may be causing the steering issue. He also informed us that we would have to pay $250 to have the problem corrected. I told him that this has been an ongoing problem from day one and he still insisted we pay for the repair. I then asked to speak with a manager, Carl Mesaros, whom offered to pay for half of the repair, which I did not find to satisfactory. As of the other problem with the steering, he informed us that Audi is aware of the situation and is going to be coming out with a bulletin soon to resolve this issue, but until then, they will just make a note of it. My wife is pregnant with our first child and her job requires her to be on the highway and frankly I am questioning the safety and reliability of the vehicle. A few of my friends and family were interested in purchasing an Audi but after hearing my story, they are considering otherwise. My brother is an attorney ,and I may have him look further into the lemon law since I believe we may have gotten just that, a lemon. The one thing I will take out of this whole situation is that just because you purchase a more expensive vehicle doesn’t mean that you will get a higher quality vehicle. I would like a response and resolution to this matter
