Latest New Jersey Audi Dealer Reviews

In short, I will say that this dealership does not honor its commitments. You will see from the thread of different reviews on this website that for some reason there is a culture of not honoring commitments at Audi of Bernardsville. They seem to make promises at the time of sale, but once the paperwork is signed they do not follow-through. Whether it's something as simple as floor mats or in my case touch up paint, poor service experience, and not honoring their commitment (of providing loaner cars regardless of if you purchased your car from their particular dealership).
The bottom line is this dealership does not represent the Audi Brand well. If anything, it degrades the Audi Brand.

They are arrogant, to say the least, and in my opinion extremely rude. I have to say again: If this is how they treat customers who are trying to buy cars, how will they treat you after? Visiting other dealers only reinforced by opinion of this one. If you are shopping for a car, and considering this dealership, do yourself a favor and go about 2.5 miles east - to Bloomfield Ave and Globe Mercedes-Benz. I just bought a very low mileage certified pre-owned MB C230 there and am extremely pleased with the car and the entire buying experience. What a difference. Paul Miller missed out - I could be driving an A3 or A4 right now. But I'm not.
