Outstanding 5-Star Sales Management and Sales Team - The Colonel
Let's start with the fact that I am a 100% service-connected Disabled vet (USMC) now living off an unaccustomed fixed income.
I cannot believe the assistance the Chrysler/Kia team at Manahawkin, NJ provided my wife and me.They were incredibly sensitive to our situation. It was more than just a sale.I found myself in a bind due to hospitalization wth only days to turn in my End-of-Lease gas-guzzling Chrysler 300C Hemi leased from Atlantic Chrysler in Egg Harbor, NJ.. Ally Bank was of absolutely no help even though we have a PERFECT payment history over the past 10 years on three (3) Ally loans and one GMAC loan. (I will never again deal with ALLY). My bank failed us as well despite substantial deposit and perfect credit card history. They wanted to charge us 10% interest on a Lease Buyout.
The truth of the matter is I signed onto a very bad lease with Atlantic Chrysler. As both the Manahawkin Chrysler GM and Manahawkin KIA GM (under the same ownership) stated: "it is probably the worst lease deal we've ever seen."
Now to the outstanding assistance of the GM at Manahawkin Chrysler. He recommended, given our circumstances, to look at a KIA Cadenza. We did and test drove it. It was out of our price range. The KIA salesman the GM called in to assist us (Nick Van Zile) recommended a KIA Optima. It was fully loaded and drove like a dream (this is from a person who owned 2 Lincoln Town Cars; 2 Cadillac Fleetwoods; and, the top-of-the line Chrysler). The price quoted was surprisingly modest. The lease arrangement (thanks to the Chrysler and KIA GMs and Eric the Financing Officer at KIA) was more than generous. We purchased the Optima that day without hesitation: this is after test driving the Lincoln MDZ; the Honda CR-V; the new Chrysler 300; and, other autos.
My wife and I are indebted to the concern, yes concern, the Manahawkin Chrysler/KIA team provided. Having owned or leased more than 15 autos during our 50 years of marriage, we are now committed to be KIA Optima owners for life.

Thanks to Ken "Guy" Harris, this dealer is my go-to when I am in the market for a new car. I will recommend "Guy" to anyone looking to buy a car. Why? He listens, he won't waste your time, he always comes through and most importantly, he is consistent. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of when I shop with him. When your buying a car, you can spend a few challenging hours waiting for an approval or just figuring out what car you actually want, but with him, the time flys and your actually not in there for long. Again. He is consistent, he has a book on his desk with pictures and testimonials to prove it. The dealership is very nice too, they are very accommodating and have a big inventory. I like the new Turnersville Kia! The atmosphere is a lot lighter and friendlier. Everyone who work there now are pleasant, easy to approach, and are not threatening. I just purchased a new vehicle and am pleased with the time and effort they put forth to help. My salesman, Shy Lawrence, no he is not shy, was truly helpful with my choice. Went to several dealerships looking for information regarding a lease. I have never done a lease before and had some hesitation. Jim Curley Kia was amazing! This was our first experience buying a Kia and our first experience with this dealership. We dealt with Ray Fischkelta as our sales person. Ray listened to exactly why we were purchasing a car and what type we were considering. He went over all the advantages and disadvantages of both a sedan and a hatchback. He never tried to up sell us. He told us what was available and after going over that list of cars, he offered to order one if none on the list fit our needs.
We were also considering a Nissan and Ray went over the advantages of each brand.
We also dealt with sales manager Erdoan Dalipovski and finance manager Mark Stolz. As with Ray they were both professional and made us feel comfortable about purchasing a car from this dealership.
We at no time felt any pressure to purchase. We wound up buying a Rio hatchback.

After searching high and look for an SUV, I reluctantly walked into a Kia dealer, (not knowing much about the brand other than its warranty program) only to be pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by Ed, and Sasha! I came in with a true car price and they beat it by a very large margin! My wife was with me and is recovering from a surgical procedure, Ed was sensitive to her needs, bringing her a variety of refreshments and continually inquiring about her needs as well.,it was far and beyond the most pleasant car buying experience ever!

Having a little trouble getting a call back from the service department. Moisture collects in the headlights. Took the car to the service dept. when it was raining, so they could see the problem. Bought the extended warranty on the 2013 Sorento . Car just needs to be fixed.

I never normally write reviews but I have to say Carlos was incredibly helpful. He was able to help me purchase my first car and he was nothing but patient. His employees on the other hand were unprofessional. If you going to purchase a car from this dealership make sure you ask for CARLOS! While I was waiting for my car to be detailed the employees were arguing in front of staff and clients about another client. Also, they were just rude. Acted like they were better than everyone else and I could easily see right though there fake appearance. I am giving this dealership a 5 start rating solely on the experience I had with my salesman. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He was knowledgeable and able to help me get what I needed. Everyone else on the other hand, they were something else. They need some lessons on customer service. Carlos was great. He was honest and I drove away the same day with my new car.

Wish I could be giving a 5 star rating. The only good thing about my visit to Fred Beans of Flemington was the actual automobile I test drove (Optima SX) and Ferdinand my sales associate. I had, what I thought, was a crazy end of the month deal in place for the car and was told via the phone "yes, come down we can get very close to what you want to pay per month for your lease." Get to dealership only to find out that my request was unreasonable and miles apart from where they could get to. Don't lie to me and think that by making me sit for 2 hours I will cave and take a deal that I am not budgeted for. Nice staff, aside from the sales manager who thought I knew nothing about leasing. Will not visit again and I suggest all of you in New Jersey do the same - no honesty.

I hate going to car dealers. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and it was always pulling teeth to get the numbers. Not here though, I met Jeff Sanchez who was fair and honest and showed me the Sorento EX V6. I asked for lease and finance numbers and the General Manager Bob came out to give me the payments. They were upfront and asked if there was anything else they could do to earn my business that day and I said give me a good number on my trade. They actually gave me more than I thought I would get. I met Orlando to do the finance paperwork and there were no gimmicks or surprises. I drove it home just 2 hours after meeting them. What a wonderful experience, smooth and transparent. I wish every sales experience was like this. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs a new car. Thank you

Think of the old way car dealers did business, with lies, misdirection, intimidation and talking in circles. I went to five different dealers and Sansone Jr Kia was the only one I got this from. The salesman was deceptive (just really not very good at it) but friendly. The sales "manager" I met with was a long list of negative adjectives I won't get into. Bottom line, after two hours, I left without test driving the model I told them I was there to see or EVEN A PRICE ON IT. Was told by the "manager" that I wasn't going to get anyone's real price because I wasn't "making a commitment"...what does that even mean? Well, sporto, 24 hours later, I sitting here in my new Huyndai. Thanks.
Pure Rip off - doesntevenmatter
In August of 2014 I brought a 2005 Nissan Altima from here, supposed to be nothing wrong with is. 115,000 miles runs gd, no problems. So after I had the car for 3 weeks, the water pump blew on me. when I took it back to the dealership, I was told to leave it and come back on Monday because it was around 5pm Saturday night. Car was smoking heavily, and the car could not be driven.
When I returned Monday Morning, I was told to what was wrong and to leave the car so it can be fixed, and was provided a rental until my car was ready. A month passed by and I got a call to bring the rental back, or they would call the police on me. A lot of other B.S. was involved, but after 2 more days I was given another car to keep. a 2007 Kia Sedona with no front brakes, and the rear struts and shocks worn down terribly.

This was a strange story, but we were working with a we dealerships via Internet and we were doing well in Freehold KIA with our sales rep Vio Grippa. Wr worked with Gateway on the phone and it ws oing well unil This manager Leon takes over and does everything in his power to poison our deal in Freehold.
1. he said the car I wanted did not exists...guess what, Freehold got us the that car...
2. He kept trying to get us to come in, we are numbers people so I told him my numbers and he said.."when you say that all I hear is XXXX it means nothing to me.
3. Then after I had done alot of research he said my numbers don't exist in the real world.
I finally said, Leon I will think about all you have said and if m deal falls through in Freehold I will be in touch. Five hours later he calls me again.
I told him thanks but no thanks. Then we buy the car from Freehold and he calls me again..like a stalker...He says "what did you pay...they ripped you off and etc, etc...". He was so weird and nasty. he gave me the creeps, thank god we never went there he was the kind who give salesman a bad rep.
