Peter was very honest and I value that, test drove the car and I loved it. the rest was history, Anthony was very open and I appreciate the fact that they looked out for my best interest with warranty being included in the price that would not break my bank. My husband and I went into the dealership to surrender a previous lease and drive out with a new one. Our salesman, Gary Abrams set up an appointment with me to make the process go a lot smoother. I told him I wanted to stay at the same price I was currently paying. He found 3 great choices but while we were driving through the lot I noticed another color that I liked. He got the keys and we took it for a ride. During the ride he explained the different features this vehicle had. I really liked this one. Now it was time to see where we could get to with the monthly price. He made us feel at home. I am happy to say we drove out of there a few hours later. I would recommend Gary to all my friends and family. Thank you Gary for making this a great experience.

I went to just look at cars and was shown everything I asked. I was never pressured. I dealt with the sales Manager, Mr Kirchner. What a gentleman and a man who knows his business. Well I brought a car that day. Might I also mention that the owner is a military veteran. When I needed service, the service manager, Bob was as accommodating as Mr Kirchner. I have been to many dealers and I can tell you,I give this place an A+.

On Friday my alternater stopped working, leaving me with having to find a new car, as fast as possible and as soon as possible. As referred by many, I went to Nutley Kia. I met the owner and a sales rep named Ray. They treated my parents and I like valued customers. Understanding with our concerns, they answered are many questions. Financial Office found us a possibility for low monthly payments, with almost to no downpayments. The staff was attentive to our needs, and have exceeded our expectations. The worst car buying experience from start to finish. It will be a miracle if this dealership stays in business long. Every employee I dealt with was unprofessional and only interested in making a sale instead of taking the time to explain anything to the customer such as document fees and GAP Addendums which I did not want and don't forget about the DMV fees which every dealership I purchased vehicles from paid for. But not this place. I traded a vehicle which had a broken windshield so they took $500 off trade in but my vehicle I bought at their dealership had two small cracks in windshield that were not there when I test drove it. We had snow/ice storm and I believe one of their employees chipped it cleaning snow and ice off. But the manager only "fixed" it instead of just replacing it. He said if it continues to crack he will replace it. Great customer service huh? Stay away from this shady place...I know I will never step foot in there again and never recommend them to anyone. I first saw my vehicle at Liberty Subaru in Emerson where I have my Subaru vehicle serviced but unfortunately they moved it to Liberty Kia and right then I should have passed on the vehicle to avoid this experience. Since Lliberty Subaru referred me to this place they just lost a customer too.

Being that I'm a former employee of Sansone Kia I went back to see coworker Jeff Fore to lease another Kia. I originally wanted the base model Cadenza which they no longer had.. they had one that was the next trim level up from the base model.. although they offered me a great deal on it, it still didn't fit my budget.. both Jeff and Mike made every effort to locate a base model but nothing turned up within a 200 mile radius.. so being that I had a couple more months left on my current lease I decided to leave and think about my options.. I called Mike and Jeff back a couple hours later to price out an Optima EX instead.. with having the color combo I wanted in stock and an offer I couldn't refuse I went back an hour later, Shahid from finance already had approved the lease all I had to do was just sign the paperwork and I drove off 45 minutes later! Although I didn't leave originally with car I really wanted the EX has a lot more options than the base model Cadenza and it more than fits my budget!! I will gladly go back to give them future business and I would recommend them to anyone! I was very pleased!

My son just got a $56 traffic ticket because Motion Kia placed a (Bud Lake Motion Kia) license plate bracket on my car. It covered the words (Garden State) on the bottom of the plate. Apparently that's illegal and the dealership knew it. Silly reason to get a ticket but that's what happened. I went to the dealership, spoke to the manager and was flat out told (that's not their problem)? This isn't the only challenge I've had. Motion Kia, you've lost me as a customer!!
Return of existing lease and start of a new one. - Dissatisfied Customer
I leased a new Kia in 2013 from Fred Beans. The staff was fantastic, they worked with me until I was satisfied with the numbers. I returned to Fred Beans (new management) twice within the past months and each time walked away disappointed. The first time I was shown a pre-owned vehicle that was damaged. Then I discussed a new Forte EX lease but never got numbers or saw one to test drive as none were available. I was shown an LX model but didn't care for it. I gave them a second chance and returned a month later only to leave disappointed again as I wasn't satisfied with their numbers on an LX model not EX model. I then notified the General Mgr that I wouldn't be coming back and nothing was done to encourage me to return to retain my business. Dealerships nowadays go above and beyond to earn new customers as well as retain existing ones. I guess Fred Beans doesn't care.

If I could give less than one star I would! Stay away from this place!! Over the phone they make it like they can get you in the car you want... they are a silver tongue fox!!! All lies!!! We took a hour drive out there and it was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! They are NOT professional at all. They talk about how long they've been in the business and their personal experiences in life and then push you out the door. Then said they could get me in a different car, but then never showed me what the cars were available. Then it turned into I can't sell you a car and I can't do anything for you. Route 22 has a lot of dealerships.. AVOID THIS ONE! PROMISES, WITHOUT FULFILLMENT!!!!
