I had so much anxiety about buying a new car. I've had the worst experiences with various dealerships. Gary Abrams made this purchase easy and I felt comfy with the entire process. He worked quickly and listened to what I wanted and needed. They have various fresh baked goods and drinks ready for you while you wait. Important for a women who is 7 months pregnant. The genteleman in the finance department is awesome and worked with us quickly and there were no surprises or changes to the deal once we got there. I even got an automated first oil change appointment that I can easily reschedule if the time or date is not right. Thanks so much for making our experience awesome!

if only i could give a hundred stars, i will give that to Eddie Abbot for the best customer service ever. My husband and I went there just to check out the pre-owned cars, but eddie was friendly and very patient to us giving us options and explaining to us about the cars. He even let us take a test drive just to feel the car, and guess what, we got a brand new car that really fits our budget. Eddie is very nice and really accommodating, you could feel and see that he really loves what he's doing. we will surely comeback and recommend him to our friends. The manager, Mr. Aaron brown is really nice and accommodating too. he help us meet our budget and gave us a new car. Miguel Baena, the guy in the finance office was very helpful and very nice to.. he really help us a lot.

I went there not being sure what I wanted. I had 3 cars in mind and when I called and spoke to Elijah He held the Sportage and the CX-5 for me to test drive. I still wanted to try the Rogue and he went and found one on the lot for me. I fell in love with the CX-5 and he made this one of the most seamless transitions for me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision or sign on the dotted line. Even when my daughter got grumpy, a cookie handled that.
Even though I came in with a pre-qualification, Anthony Rendine worked his magic and got me an even better rate than I came with. I completely appreciate it.
These gentlemen were wonderful to my 7-yr old and I. Within hours I left with my new car and a happy child. This has been one of the best car buying experiences of my life.

I will not bring my car anywhere else except for Rt 23 Kia and that's because of John Diaz. He is professional, polite and compassionate about what he does. This is my 4th Kia from this dealership, so I've had plenty of interaction with John and your service dept. John will call when he says he will and he thoroughly explains what's going on with your vehicle. If you wait for your car he quick to offer coffee etc. to make sure you are comfortable while you wait. I've been offered many incentives by others dealerships to bring my car there for $1,000's of dollars off but I won't take it there because I know what jewel I have with John Diaz taking care of my vehicles. Hopefully he never leaves, because if he does I'm going wherever he is working because he is the best. Thank you for having such a wonderfull employee

One of my least favorite things to do is buying a car. The experience at Freehold Kia was unusual because I felt very comfortable and not pressured. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and answered my questions in ways that were easy to understand. On my second visit I was able to purchase and leave with a new car, leaving my previously leased car (not a KIA) with them.

This was our first experience buying a Kia and our first experience with this dealership. We dealt with Ray Fischkelta as our sales person. Ray listened to exactly why we were purchasing a car and what type we were considering. He went over all the advantages and disadvantages of both a sedan and a hatchback. He never tried to up sell us. He told us what was available and after going over that list of cars, he offered to order one if none on the list fit our needs.
We were also considering a Nissan and Ray went over the advantages of each brand.
We also dealt with sales manager Erdoan Dalipovski and finance manager Mark Stolz. As with Ray they were both professional and made us feel comfortable about purchasing a car from this dealership.
We at no time felt any pressure to purchase. We wound up buying a Rio hatchback.

After searching high and look for an SUV, I reluctantly walked into a Kia dealer, (not knowing much about the brand other than its warranty program) only to be pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by Ed, and Sasha! I came in with a true car price and they beat it by a very large margin! My wife was with me and is recovering from a surgical procedure, Ed was sensitive to her needs, bringing her a variety of refreshments and continually inquiring about her needs as well.,it was far and beyond the most pleasant car buying experience ever!

Having a little trouble getting a call back from the service department. Moisture collects in the headlights. Took the car to the service dept. when it was raining, so they could see the problem. Bought the extended warranty on the 2013 Sorento . Car just needs to be fixed.

I never normally write reviews but I have to say Carlos was incredibly helpful. He was able to help me purchase my first car and he was nothing but patient. His employees on the other hand were unprofessional. If you going to purchase a car from this dealership make sure you ask for CARLOS! While I was waiting for my car to be detailed the employees were arguing in front of staff and clients about another client. Also, they were just rude. Acted like they were better than everyone else and I could easily see right though there fake appearance. I am giving this dealership a 5 start rating solely on the experience I had with my salesman. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He was knowledgeable and able to help me get what I needed. Everyone else on the other hand, they were something else. They need some lessons on customer service. Carlos was great. He was honest and I drove away the same day with my new car.

Wish I could be giving a 5 star rating. The only good thing about my visit to Fred Beans of Flemington was the actual automobile I test drove (Optima SX) and Ferdinand my sales associate. I had, what I thought, was a crazy end of the month deal in place for the car and was told via the phone "yes, come down we can get very close to what you want to pay per month for your lease." Get to dealership only to find out that my request was unreasonable and miles apart from where they could get to. Don't lie to me and think that by making me sit for 2 hours I will cave and take a deal that I am not budgeted for. Nice staff, aside from the sales manager who thought I knew nothing about leasing. Will not visit again and I suggest all of you in New Jersey do the same - no honesty.

Think of the old way car dealers did business, with lies, misdirection, intimidation and talking in circles. I went to five different dealers and Sansone Jr Kia was the only one I got this from. The salesman was deceptive (just really not very good at it) but friendly. The sales "manager" I met with was a long list of negative adjectives I won't get into. Bottom line, after two hours, I left without test driving the model I told them I was there to see or EVEN A PRICE ON IT. Was told by the "manager" that I wasn't going to get anyone's real price because I wasn't "making a commitment"...what does that even mean? Well, sporto, 24 hours later, I sitting here in my new Huyndai. Thanks.

I hate going to car dealers. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and it was always pulling teeth to get the numbers. Not here though, I met Jeff Sanchez who was fair and honest and showed me the Sorento EX V6. I asked for lease and finance numbers and the General Manager Bob came out to give me the payments. They were upfront and asked if there was anything else they could do to earn my business that day and I said give me a good number on my trade. They actually gave me more than I thought I would get. I met Orlando to do the finance paperwork and there were no gimmicks or surprises. I drove it home just 2 hours after meeting them. What a wonderful experience, smooth and transparent. I wish every sales experience was like this. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs a new car. Thank you
Pure Rip off - doesntevenmatter
In August of 2014 I brought a 2005 Nissan Altima from here, supposed to be nothing wrong with is. 115,000 miles runs gd, no problems. So after I had the car for 3 weeks, the water pump blew on me. when I took it back to the dealership, I was told to leave it and come back on Monday because it was around 5pm Saturday night. Car was smoking heavily, and the car could not be driven.
When I returned Monday Morning, I was told to what was wrong and to leave the car so it can be fixed, and was provided a rental until my car was ready. A month passed by and I got a call to bring the rental back, or they would call the police on me. A lot of other B.S. was involved, but after 2 more days I was given another car to keep. a 2007 Kia Sedona with no front brakes, and the rear struts and shocks worn down terribly.
For the first time I ever brought a car from an actual dealership, THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER......
