Today I met a young man named Adam Horowytz. He has been a very helpful sales and leasing consultant. The time spent at Fette ford in Clifton n.j. was well worth the wait. Adam spent his time teaching us about our car and explained in detail our lease agreement and our rights as a potential buyer. He was very efficient and when we leased a 2017 ford edge, we left very confident about our deal, the Fette Ford dealership and Adam Horowytz our consultant.

John Diaz and his staff have always DONE AN EXCELLENT job every time that I brought my car in for service. Most current example was yesterday, 9/21/17, when I brought my car in for a 30k check up and oil change. I brought my car in earlier than the scheduled 1pm appointment ( about an hour earlier) John indicated to me that the job would take 4 hours, but instead assigned two technicians to get started earlier. By the time I got back from my walk, the 30k check up was completed in about a little over an hour. AGAIN A JOB WELL - DONE, and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. I recommend a nice BONUS for Mr. John Diaz.

Had a very disappointing experience from the moment I got to the dealership. I did my homework and knew exactly what car I had in mind. From my first interaction with the sales person, Cynthia, I had a feeling there was going to be some sort of inadequacy. I became frustrated with Cynthia because it felt painfully obvious that she was using textbook "sales person techniques." I felt like it being so obvious was insulting my intelligence as a consumer. Also, her textbook techniques caused her to be extremely impersonal and cold. Despite the awkwardness with the sales person, Cynthia, the car was still purchased. While in the finally stage of purchasing the car, it was agreed upon that the dealership sticker and the dealership license plate cover would be removed. All of which were not removed and needed to go back into the shop before we left with the car. Also, Cynthia was extremely pushy regarding the set up of the bluetooth, xm satellite radio, and the on-star. I was very frustrated, but I politely told Cynthia that I would set up everything when I got home. Cynthia was not accepting of that answer despite my ability to set up everything on my own. She was slightly passive aggressive regarding this and again spoke to me in a way that was insulting my intelligence.
Following the purchase of the vehicle, it was agreed upon that the registration and title would be sent to my house via certified mail. After about three weeks following the purchase of the car, I had followed up with the dealership regarding the registration. I was informed by Cynthia that the registration would be sent out that day. Following about 5-6 days without receiving the registration, I had followed up and spoke to a supervisor, John. John stated that everything would be handled and appropriately apologized for the mishandling of the paperwork. Another few days and the registration still was not received. Another follow up call was placed and I had spoken to a supervisor Ed. Ed was rather rude to me on the phone stating that nothing can be done, but IF the registration is found then it would be mailed out. After another day or so the registration was finally received. However the registration was not sent certified as it was previously agreed upon and was simply sent in a white envelope.
The salesmanship was cold, impersonal, and rather insulting. The handling of the paperwork was rather unprofessional and sloppy. And the customer service from the "supervisors" was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend buying a car from Jim Curley Buick GMC in Lakewood.

The manager said " you don't understand credit, salesperson said " it's not his job to follow-up on the second key. Never have I been screamed at the way they screamed at me!!!!

Leased 2017 Kia Sedona with the plan of purchasing after the lease is over. Its only been 2 months since I have leased the car from here. And I am not new to this dealership, I have bought 2 other cars before from this same location before they got Gateway name attached to them. At the time of lease which was done on July 4th 2017 we had included Rear entertainment system and Remote Starter in the Lease. And since then I have been calling them for the appointment for the installation and every time all I hear is that we will have someone call you back with that. Since last two weeks I have been calling them everyday and by now I have heard all the excuses they can probably throw out their. Only reason I went their for my 3rd purchase was because of the previous experiences, but now I would never recommend them to anyone

Called one day prior and Scheduled an appointment for the next day at 8:45am. Got a confirmation email of my appointment. Dropped off my car the night beberlo and requested repairs on two recalls, oil change and tire rotation.
On the drop off form wrote down car needed AM. It was way past noon so I decided to call them, guess what? My car was not being work on. Ask to speak with supervisor "Jim" who informs me that they are just starting to whorl on my car. I let him know that I had a 8:45am appointment. He answered that he doesn't see it. So he promise to get the car done in two hours, guess what he call me back at 5:15pm, I happen to be busy with client so coundt pick up his call and my voice mail was full.
I called back at 5:20 ask to speak with him. Guess what he's gone for the day.
Got transfer to the sales manager and I explained the situation and told him that this makes not want to buy a car from them again he responds "good to know that" he call me back 15 minutes later and notifies me that my car is ready. I asked what time was the latest Jcan pick up the car because I will be in the area past 8pm. and if he can leave the keys under the carpet. He responds "you left a bitter taste on me so I don't feel comfortable doing that and litetlatly hang up on me. Got there 8:10pm picked up the car and requested for paperwork. They didn't have it.
