I recently leased a Kia Sorento at Fette Kia. This was my fourth experience dealing with the Fette dealership, I had been to Fette Ford twice and I had previously leased a Kia Sportage with Fette Kia. I will be honest, my previous experiences had not been good at this dealership. Fette Ford completely ignored me once when I walked into their store and the second time, during a test drive of a Ford Escape, they told me that the Escape was a popular "housewife car."
My first experience at Fette Kia was also a mixed bag, though we did end up leasing a Sportage with them three years ago. Since the lease on my Sportage was ending, Tony Catalono from Fette Kia reached out to us about leasing a new Kia. I was very straight forward with Tony about what I wanted to pay and that I wasn't interested in coming into the dealership and spending an hour negotiating over price. We reached an agreement ahead of time over email on a price for a new Sportage but when we came to sign the paperwork we actually decided to test drive a Sorento. We liked the Sorento, so I again told Tony what I wanted to pay if we went with a Sorento instead and he made the deal happen quickly and easily with no haggling. Tony was friendly, easy going and didn't put any pressure on us to make a decision. He also got me to the price we wanted right away without any games, I think we got a really good deal. If you are looking to buy or lease a Kia, go see Tony Catalano, he's a great guy and easy to work with, I highly recommend him!

Honestly I didn't know what to expect when my wife told me we were trading in our yellow 2015 Kia Soul. Which I still think was a pretty cool little car. Brandon Hutton was working on this for us through the week since the previous Monday, after my wife had asked him to. He introduced us on Saturday to a brand new, just unloaded from the transport truck, 2017 Forte. I have to admit even though I was reluctant, that this new car is our new shinning star. We are loving it just like we did the Soul, and appreciate Brandon's and everyone's hard work to get us what we needed. We certainly appreciate doing business with Kia and staff. Being that I'm a former employee of Sansone Kia I went back to see coworker Jeff Fore to lease another Kia. I originally wanted the base model Cadenza which they no longer had.. they had one that was the next trim level up from the base model.. although they offered me a great deal on it, it still didn't fit my budget.. both Jeff and Mike made every effort to locate a base model but nothing turned up within a 200 mile radius.. so being that I had a couple more months left on my current lease I decided to leave and think about my options.. I called Mike and Jeff back a couple hours later to price out an Optima EX instead.. with having the color combo I wanted in stock and an offer I couldn't refuse I went back an hour later, Shahid from finance already had approved the lease all I had to do was just sign the paperwork and I drove off 45 minutes later! Although I didn't leave originally with car I really wanted the EX has a lot more options than the base model Cadenza and it more than fits my budget!! I will gladly go back to give them future business and I would recommend them to anyone! I was very pleased!

I leased a new Kia in 2013 from Fred Beans. The staff was fantastic, they worked with me until I was satisfied with the numbers. I returned to Fred Beans (new management) twice within the past months and each time walked away disappointed. The first time I was shown a pre-owned vehicle that was damaged. Then I discussed a new Forte EX lease but never got numbers or saw one to test drive as none were available. I was shown an LX model but didn't care for it. I gave them a second chance and returned a month later only to leave disappointed again as I wasn't satisfied with their numbers on an LX model not EX model. I then notified the General Mgr that I wouldn't be coming back and nothing was done to encourage me to return to retain my business. Dealerships nowadays go above and beyond to earn new customers as well as retain existing ones. I guess Fred Beans doesn't care.

Just bought my third Sportage! - imhavs
I just picked up my third Sportage from Nutley KIA. I was looking for a pretty specific package that was kind of hard to find. (An SX, mineral silver with dark brown interior.) They were great! They found the car and had it ready to go much faster than I thought was possible. The deal could not have been easier. I have another Sportage we bought here and an Audi that was bought elsewhere. These guys are better than the 'prestige' sales and service we get at Jack Daniels Audi! P.S. The new Sportage is AWESOME!!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would! Stay away from this place!! Over the phone they make it like they can get you in the car you want... they are a silver tongue fox!!! All lies!!! We took a hour drive out there and it was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! They are NOT professional at all. They talk about how long they've been in the business and their personal experiences in life and then push you out the door. Then said they could get me in a different car, but then never showed me what the cars were available. Then it turned into I can't sell you a car and I can't do anything for you. Route 22 has a lot of dealerships.. AVOID THIS ONE! PROMISES, WITHOUT FULFILLMENT!!!!
