I saw a vehicle on line and e-mailed them asking some questions, they called and responded to my e-mail. After talking with Darrin we decided to make the hour and fifteen minute drive to see the vehicle. It was better than described, everyone we had contact with was very nice, and very helpful in getting the deal done. As it turned out we were able to make the deal and drive home with our new (to us) car. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle.

I had recently totaled my car, with just two payments left before owning it outright. So naturally, the last thing I wanted to do was buy another car. I'd checked out some vehicles up and down Pine Belt's many lots, and had a couple I was going to look into purchasing. But before I'd taken a look at anything else, I was referred to go to Jim Curley Kia in Lakewood, with John McClave being highly recommended as the person to talk to.
After a simple chat, in which I gave him the particulars of what I was in the market for, Jim showed off a recently acquired '14 Kia Optima. Not only was the car low mileage, and at an extremely attractive price, John's professionalism was out in full force. Being a Kia Optima driver himself, he had a keen understanding of the car's features, and even went as far as helping me pair my phone to the car once I'd purchased it. He didn't sell the car, so much as he explained what made the car so great.
Out of all of the salesmen from all of the car dealerships I've dealt with, John McClave has to be one of the best people I've had the pleasure to work with. The buying process was extremely streamlined, with John walking through every step of the way to ensure I got the right car at the best deal. Being that I'm a former employee of Sansone Kia I went back to see coworker Jeff Fore to lease another Kia. I originally wanted the base model Cadenza which they no longer had.. they had one that was the next trim level up from the base model.. although they offered me a great deal on it, it still didn't fit my budget.. both Jeff and Mike made every effort to locate a base model but nothing turned up within a 200 mile radius.. so being that I had a couple more months left on my current lease I decided to leave and think about my options.. I called Mike and Jeff back a couple hours later to price out an Optima EX instead.. with having the color combo I wanted in stock and an offer I couldn't refuse I went back an hour later, Shahid from finance already had approved the lease all I had to do was just sign the paperwork and I drove off 45 minutes later! Although I didn't leave originally with car I really wanted the EX has a lot more options than the base model Cadenza and it more than fits my budget!! I will gladly go back to give them future business and I would recommend them to anyone! I was very pleased!

I leased a new Kia in 2013 from Fred Beans. The staff was fantastic, they worked with me until I was satisfied with the numbers. I returned to Fred Beans (new management) twice within the past months and each time walked away disappointed. The first time I was shown a pre-owned vehicle that was damaged. Then I discussed a new Forte EX lease but never got numbers or saw one to test drive as none were available. I was shown an LX model but didn't care for it. I gave them a second chance and returned a month later only to leave disappointed again as I wasn't satisfied with their numbers on an LX model not EX model. I then notified the General Mgr that I wouldn't be coming back and nothing was done to encourage me to return to retain my business. Dealerships nowadays go above and beyond to earn new customers as well as retain existing ones. I guess Fred Beans doesn't care.

My son just got a $56 traffic ticket because Motion Kia placed a (Bud Lake Motion Kia) license plate bracket on my car. It covered the words (Garden State) on the bottom of the plate. Apparently that's illegal and the dealership knew it. Silly reason to get a ticket but that's what happened. I went to the dealership, spoke to the manager and was flat out told (that's not their problem)? This isn't the only challenge I've had. Motion Kia, you've lost me as a customer!!
Just bought my third Sportage! - imhavs
I just picked up my third Sportage from Nutley KIA. I was looking for a pretty specific package that was kind of hard to find. (An SX, mineral silver with dark brown interior.) They were great! They found the car and had it ready to go much faster than I thought was possible. The deal could not have been easier. I have another Sportage we bought here and an Audi that was bought elsewhere. These guys are better than the 'prestige' sales and service we get at Jack Daniels Audi! P.S. The new Sportage is AWESOME!!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would! Stay away from this place!! Over the phone they make it like they can get you in the car you want... they are a silver tongue fox!!! All lies!!! We took a hour drive out there and it was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! They are NOT professional at all. They talk about how long they've been in the business and their personal experiences in life and then push you out the door. Then said they could get me in a different car, but then never showed me what the cars were available. Then it turned into I can't sell you a car and I can't do anything for you. Route 22 has a lot of dealerships.. AVOID THIS ONE! PROMISES, WITHOUT FULFILLMENT!!!!
