Manahawin Kia provides outstanding service. They went over my whole car even though it was only there for the Recall Notice.. They were polite, caring and knowledgeable. They finished the recalls, and Megan Yunker told me that my right front axle was. loose, that they would replace it free of charge and scheduled a new appointment. I went back on the day, and they did indeed fix it as promised while I waited i their comfortable waiting room, stocked with refreshments! Bryan Scherlin the other Service Manager released the car, and off I went, with a new Axle, with no charge! Thank you Meagan for finding the problem and thank you Bryan for efficiently getting me on m way!!I appreciate their kindness, knowledge, articulation of the problem, ad thank you for fixing it for free!! If you want the best car buying experience, go to Toms River Kia or call and ask for Amy!! Ask her to set you up to meet with Johnny Martinez from sales, then with Billy Negron from finance. I gaurantee you not only a great experience, but a great deal. By the end of your process you will feel like family. This is what I have encountered with this particular dealership. I could not have hope for a better experience. I came to Toms River Kia because I had a Kia Optima, which I loved, that was totalled at motor vehicle accident. I spoke to Amy on the phone and told me to come by after telling her my dilemma. There after, she introduced me to Johnny Martinez from sales to help me find the right car for me and my family. He listened to all my wants and needs and delivered the car in my favorite color which I didn't even ask for. Time and again Amy would check on me and my daughter making sure we were okay, even switching their TV to Netflix so my 4 year old can watch her show (who does that?). Then meeting with Billy Negron from finance, he worked to really get me the best deal he could possibly can allowing me to walk out with a larger vehicle than my Optima with a lower monthly payment. I have never experienced such a more comforting process at a car dealer ship ever before and I've experienced some of the worst. They are hard working and researched the best deal for me, and not just trying to sell me a car. Even after the process they called me back in to let me know they found a better deal than the last! I couldn't asked for more than what these people have done for me and my family. They genuine and honest and gave me advice on improving my credit too, something I did not expect at a dealership. They have allowed me to come out of the process not only with a new car, but friendship. I honestly felt like I was at home through the whole thing. Thank you Amy, Johnny, and Billy for making the stress of losing a car then the process of getting a new one worthwhile. You guys are the best!!! I will be referring people to you, guarantee that!

I was treated right from start to finish. A manager sat me down and asked what I hoped to accomplish on my vist. He then ontroduced me to John Mc, who would take over the sales process and show me a New Sorento with 3rd row seating and AWD. After the test drive John, asked if I. liked the car enough to purchase it and I agreed. I must say, there was very little negotiating since I had explained my budget and while my credit was not perfect, it was good enough to get me approved on the car I wanted. John explained the process every step of the way, just as he explained the features and benefits of the Kia Sorento. I would reccomend going back and if possible seeing John Mc if you are considering a Kia on your future

Being that I'm a former employee of Sansone Kia I went back to see coworker Jeff Fore to lease another Kia. I originally wanted the base model Cadenza which they no longer had.. they had one that was the next trim level up from the base model.. although they offered me a great deal on it, it still didn't fit my budget.. both Jeff and Mike made every effort to locate a base model but nothing turned up within a 200 mile radius.. so being that I had a couple more months left on my current lease I decided to leave and think about my options.. I called Mike and Jeff back a couple hours later to price out an Optima EX instead.. with having the color combo I wanted in stock and an offer I couldn't refuse I went back an hour later, Shahid from finance already had approved the lease all I had to do was just sign the paperwork and I drove off 45 minutes later! Although I didn't leave originally with car I really wanted the EX has a lot more options than the base model Cadenza and it more than fits my budget!! I will gladly go back to give them future business and I would recommend them to anyone! I was very pleased!

I leased a new Kia in 2013 from Fred Beans. The staff was fantastic, they worked with me until I was satisfied with the numbers. I returned to Fred Beans (new management) twice within the past months and each time walked away disappointed. The first time I was shown a pre-owned vehicle that was damaged. Then I discussed a new Forte EX lease but never got numbers or saw one to test drive as none were available. I was shown an LX model but didn't care for it. I gave them a second chance and returned a month later only to leave disappointed again as I wasn't satisfied with their numbers on an LX model not EX model. I then notified the General Mgr that I wouldn't be coming back and nothing was done to encourage me to return to retain my business. Dealerships nowadays go above and beyond to earn new customers as well as retain existing ones. I guess Fred Beans doesn't care.

I walked into this dealership on August 13, 2016 with a good credit score, history and positive outlook on th experienced. But, what I left with was false truths, an overpriced car and a negatively affected credit report.
My advice, read all the reviews about a dealership as much as possible, research, and avoid the warning signs. There are some employees that try to uphold a good reputation for the company, but there are others who try to take advantage of what they believe you don't know.
Old school sleaze - Accentbuyer
Think of the old way car dealers did business, with lies, misdirection, intimidation and talking in circles. I went to five different dealers and Sansone Jr Kia was the only one I got this from. The salesman was deceptive (just really not very good at it) but friendly. The sales "manager" I met with was a long list of negative adjectives I won't get into. Bottom line, after two hours, I left without test driving the model I told them I was there to see or EVEN A PRICE ON IT. Was told by the "manager" that I wasn't going to get anyone's real price because I wasn't "making a commitment"...what does that even mean? Well, sporto, 24 hours later, I sitting here in my new Huyndai. Thanks.

If I could give less than one star I would! Stay away from this place!! Over the phone they make it like they can get you in the car you want... they are a silver tongue fox!!! All lies!!! We took a hour drive out there and it was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! They are NOT professional at all. They talk about how long they've been in the business and their personal experiences in life and then push you out the door. Then said they could get me in a different car, but then never showed me what the cars were available. Then it turned into I can't sell you a car and I can't do anything for you. Route 22 has a lot of dealerships.. AVOID THIS ONE! PROMISES, WITHOUT FULFILLMENT!!!!
