I dealt with Ian primarily and he did an amazing job. He went above and beyond and in the end I left in a new car. There were some stressful moments in the process but I always felt he was on my side and we were working towards the same goal. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership in the future.

The sales team at Kia Manhawkin is rich with dedicated individuals that have been educated of all aspects of each Kia make and model. They take into consideration the wants and needs of the buyer, and help facilitate them in making the best possible decision. While doing so, I have to admit the sales team does have personality. During the car buying process you will be graced with a light heart, and a warm smile. I highly recommend Cary Gardner. Cary's father and grandfather owed car dealerships, so do not let the fact she is a girl fool you.. she knows her stuff!
After purchasing/leasing a Kia you will eventually need an oil change, a tire rotation, etc. The service department is impeccable. The receptionist Megan will work with you to help set up an appointment that better accommodates your busy schedule. Once there, the waiting area has couches, tables, TVs, and a coffee bar. The fun, friendly environment makes the wait fly by!

Brian didn't come off as a stereotypical "slimy" car salesman. He seemed to answer my questions honestly and even grabbed a pad and started buffing out a few spots on the truck I bought. Dealing with him was a pleasant experience.

Elijah was a knowledgeable saleman who knew the features of the cars I was trying out. Once I finalized the deal Nancy Ginty took the time to introduce me to the Kia staff and the layout of the the building. When I needed a few minor adjustments on the Sorento (aiming lights, etc.) Connie took me into service and they immediately did the work and I was quickly on my way home.

We went to Kia to look at a new vehicle and they were so busy. As we waited we were greeted by many different employees and they offered us beverages and introduced their selves. We were looking at a vehicle and AJ asked if this was a card we were Intrested in and introduced his self. AJ was a Doreen to earth salesman. He was not pushy and him and his mangers did everything they could to make us comfortable and explain everything to us. We test drove 3 vehicles and fell in love with one. AJ let us test drive them all he took his time showing us all the features for each and other car. The one we decided on he made sure we we're fully happy with it and it was 1 am. Both Phil Diamant and Jimmy Kirchner were great salesmen. Their straightforward, helpful approach was much appreciated and was a huge sigh of relief from my past car dealer experiences. They are knowledgeable and low key so that you can ask questions, figure things out, and solve your needs! I would recommend this place to anyone. KIAs by the way, are rated high on reliability right up there with Hondas and Toyotas. I am happy with my 2017 Kia Forte. Very peppy, easy to handle car.

Great buying experience for a 2016 Kia Sorento! Abe was the salesman who really helped me. Abe was very straight forward with the facts and got me in the vehicle I wanted. I noticed he took the time to chat with all the customers and he is the owner of the dealership. When do you see that! I also want to mention Jeanne the finance person who was very thorough. This is the first American made car I have bought since 1978 and I am very happy it was at Jim Curley Buick. Go there-you won't be disappointed.

Now I know why they only got two stars. BEWARE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! We were in negotiations and settled on a price. We confirmed with them that they would prep the car for us and we would pick it up in morning. When we got there they said it was sold! They said they tried to call us three times, but we never received those calls.

I leased a new Kia in 2013 from Fred Beans. The staff was fantastic, they worked with me until I was satisfied with the numbers. I returned to Fred Beans (new management) twice within the past months and each time walked away disappointed. The first time I was shown a pre-owned vehicle that was damaged. Then I discussed a new Forte EX lease but never got numbers or saw one to test drive as none were available. I was shown an LX model but didn't care for it. I gave them a second chance and returned a month later only to leave disappointed again as I wasn't satisfied with their numbers on an LX model not EX model. I then notified the General Mgr that I wouldn't be coming back and nothing was done to encourage me to return to retain my business. Dealerships nowadays go above and beyond to earn new customers as well as retain existing ones. I guess Fred Beans doesn't care.

Until I actually walked into the Motion Kia Dealership, I would have never even considered buying a foreign car. Man was I wrong.! I originally came in because of another vehicle that I was thinking of getting. As the Kia salesman approached me in the parking lot I was thinking here comes the usual sales pitch with pressure and hidden costs. I was greeted by Jeff with a friendly hello asking what he could do for me. I told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and that I didn't want to stay here all day. He agreed and told me that wouldn't happen. It didn't. He listened to what I wanted, found me a newer model, gave me a fantastic price and most of all I was out in just a couple of hours. Definitely, telling family and friends to go to Motion Kia.

I walked into this dealership on August 13, 2016 with a good credit score, history and positive outlook on th experienced. But, what I left with was false truths, an overpriced car and a negatively affected credit report.
My advice, read all the reviews about a dealership as much as possible, research, and avoid the warning signs. There are some employees that try to uphold a good reputation for the company, but there are others who try to take advantage of what they believe you don't know.

Think of the old way car dealers did business, with lies, misdirection, intimidation and talking in circles. I went to five different dealers and Sansone Jr Kia was the only one I got this from. The salesman was deceptive (just really not very good at it) but friendly. The sales "manager" I met with was a long list of negative adjectives I won't get into. Bottom line, after two hours, I left without test driving the model I told them I was there to see or EVEN A PRICE ON IT. Was told by the "manager" that I wasn't going to get anyone's real price because I wasn't "making a commitment"...what does that even mean? Well, sporto, 24 hours later, I sitting here in my new Huyndai. Thanks.

If I could give less than one star I would! Stay away from this place!! Over the phone they make it like they can get you in the car you want... they are a silver tongue fox!!! All lies!!! We took a hour drive out there and it was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! They are NOT professional at all. They talk about how long they've been in the business and their personal experiences in life and then push you out the door. Then said they could get me in a different car, but then never showed me what the cars were available. Then it turned into I can't sell you a car and I can't do anything for you. Route 22 has a lot of dealerships.. AVOID THIS ONE! PROMISES, WITHOUT FULFILLMENT!!!!
