When my wife and I arrived at Coleman Subaru late in the day last Monday (7/18), we had a pretty good idea about what we were looking for in a new Subaru. Brian was out walking the lot at that time, and introduced himself to us. After asking what we might be looking for, it didn't take him long to understand our needs, and began showing us some very promising possibilities. After a test drive in one of the available Impreza's (our model of choice), we were most interested to know if our desired model package could be found. Brian very quickly located the vehicle for us, and with his sales manager, were able to offer us a very competitive price. Because we knew the price being offered was very good, we decided to make a deposit on it, and secure the vehicle for ourselves. After that, it was just a matter of waiting till this past Saturday (7/23) to return to Coleman, meet with Brian, and complete our purchase. My wife and I had a wonderful time at Coleman Subaru with Brian, purchasing our new Impreza Sport Limited (which is just what we wanted!), and are very happy to have become new members of the Subaru family of owners, Thank you Brian, and Coleman Subaru!

I checked out so many dealerships when looking for my new car. Prestige Kia was the only one that didn't make me feel bad about not being able to afford more than my budget would allow and worked hard to find me the perfect car for my needs that fit within what I could actually afford! They gave me so many choices of vehicles and so many pricing options. They salesmen and entire staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them and we will be going back there when my husband's lease is up for the car he has now.

Here's my story...
I was looking for a specific Kia sorento that fit my needs. I visited many dealers within a 100 mile radius that had the one I was looking for (Even to my specific color requirements). Various dealers that I went to were a complete waste of time for numerous reasons.
-Salesman couldn't put down his vape during the entire process
-Sales manager screaming at his salesman on the selling floor.
-Added cleaning cost $2000 (Yes that's 2 thousand dollars added to invoice)
I have had great experiences with dealers for prior vehicles over my 30 years of driving. My latest search for a vehicle was probably the worst experience I ever had until I went to Burlington Kia. Due to circumstances my credit has declined enough to make it almost impossible to purchase a car at a affordable monthly payment. The dealers I visited prior to going to Burlington kia claimed they could get me approved and at a reasonable rate. After 2 different dealers running my credit I decided to give up on my car search. I actually found a model that I fell in love with at a dealer that was 75 miles away. I did the test drive, got the entire vehicle run down, spent a long time there until they showed me the monthly payments that were over $650 per month. This was for a vehicle invoice of $18500. You do the math!!! On my way home we decided to stop for dinner when I received a call from Gary. Right off the bat he was very professional and didn't promise anything like the other dealers do. I made an appointment to visit Gary and see the model I wanted. To sum up my experience, Gary was excellent from the moment we walked in the showroom. Gary understood my circumstances and was willing to put in as much effort and time into the sale in order to meet my needs. He was very down to earth and personable and we were able to have a normal conversation waiting for the approval period. He didn't act like the stereotypical salesman. I know when Im ready for another vehicle I will definitely go and visit Gary at Burlington Kia. The entire team there made us feel very welcome and were willing to sacrifice their time to complete the purchase of the vehicle almost 1 hour after closing. I commend the entire team there and recommend other shoppers make Burlington Kia your first stop or your last if you want to experience xxxx shopping for a vehicle.

Have been to a couple of different Kia dealers in the Middlesex County area and just came back from Kemper Kia with a new Kia Soul. This is the second Soul we bought this year. Went back to Kemper Kia because the first Soul that my daughter bought from them 2 months ago was a pleasant experience compared to some of the games other dealerships try to play.We dealt with Dan both times and both times Dan Fernandez was fantastic. Dan worked to get a fair deal for both us and the dealership. Phil (Internet Sales) and Joe(a lot of paperwork) helped in our initial purchase of my daughters car. All the guys work together to make the experience at Kemper Kia very pleasant.
If we need a new car in the future or if any of our friends need a new car I will recommend Kemper Kia. Remember, you can shop the rest but Kemper Kia will work really hard to make you happy and a repeat customer.

Went in with zero intention of actually purchasing a vehicle on Saturday June 4th. My wife saw 2 Kia sorento's used within our budget. We ended up meeting Bruno outside of the dealership and we told him we wanted to test drive both sorentos. There was no BS no guff he just straight away brought us to them and showed them to us and let us test drive. After falling in love with the 2013 we sat down with Bruno and started working on the deal. When he said we are definitely leaving in a newer vehicle that day he wasn't kidding. The entire time during the process he was a Gentlemen and honest with us. A few hours later (none of the wait was Bruno's fault. All the banks and negotiating a monthly price) we drove off in a 2013 sorento with only 21k miles on it. He was so great he even helped move the stuff from my old vehicle into the new one and setup the car seats. I would definitely come back when I need another vehicle.

I misjudged a curb and not only destroyed my tire, but did a few thousand dollars of damage to my axle and and other stuff. Joe was great. The shop was super-busy that week, and my repairs weren't simple and weren't on the schedule. But Joe managed to calm me down, helped me understand the damage and costs, and got me out of a jam me by finding a way to get me in for repairs, with a loaner car, despite how swamped they were. He found a solution for me, and was very friendly, cheerful, understanding and customer-oriented. I feel like "I have a friend in Joe" and will definitely be back.

We had to stop by the next day to pick up something that was left in the returned Sorrento. Walked in ready to lease a vehicle and did just that. We were car shopping with our 2.5 year old, so we were on a time restriction. The whole process was simple and timely. The process was about 2 hours on day one. Paperwork was completed after we left for the evening and we returned in the am to sign and review the cars features.

Great sales rep but bad business - Unhappy customer
Ed Diaz was a great sales rep. However the vehicle I received was crap n ran down. Plus they still haven't paid off my trade in and it has now been a month. I complained about this suv and another was resolved. What did I expect? I expected them to lower the price of a better conditioned suv, use their discount, and subtract their commission. But this was not done, they basically sent me on way saying I was stuck with the broken suv, that needed a tune up, brakes, a new battery, coolant or something for the AC, plus belts. To top it all, I found a sneaker under one of the seats. My experience was terrible and their reaction to my complaint didn't make matters better.

My niece bought a car on June 20 and asked to write great revues for it by the dealership! 3 weeks later was called that she MUST return the car they leased her!!!!! That they sold her the wrong car. Fact is they sold her the car she wanted some paperwork correct and others not. and harassed her at her place of employment that she needed to immediately return the car, they would give her a different car, not the color she wanted , and for her trouble they would give her a remote start. She would not accept their offer of a different color and the big bonus of the remote start, they really tried pressuring her that she needed to stop whatever she was doing and bring the car immediately!!!!!!!!!!! The finance manager called her mother at work and they got into a heated argument where this manager was cursing at her!!! UNREAL. I then called the gm Sal and he still tried with me that she needed to return the car "because it was a lot of work on their end to redo paperwork" are you kidding me, she should accept a car she doesn't like because your too LAZY!!!! On Thursday 7-14 I made a time with him for Monday 7-18 to come in with niece at 1 pm to redo all paperwork with him and asked to please have all papers ready and that we only wanted at this point to deal with a manager and he agreed. WELL HE NEVER BOTHERED TO GET OFF HIS CHAIR.. WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT US..NO PAPERWORK WAS READY..NO APOLOGIES FOR ANY OF THE MESS THEY CAUSED. THE WORST EXCUSE FOR A MANAGER EVER !!!! HE SHOULD BE LET GO OR MICRO MANAGED DUE TO HIS INCOMPETENCY, AND HUSSEIN SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR THE STRONG/VULGAR LANGUAGE HE USED WITH A CUSTOMER. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY STRONG ARMED AND BE DISMISSED AS BOTHERSOME GO TO GATEWAY, THEY ARE THERE AND WAITING !!!!!!

Wish I could be giving a 5 star rating. The only good thing about my visit to Fred Beans of Flemington was the actual automobile I test drove (Optima SX) and Ferdinand my sales associate. I had, what I thought, was a crazy end of the month deal in place for the car and was told via the phone "yes, come down we can get very close to what you want to pay per month for your lease." Get to dealership only to find out that my request was unreasonable and miles apart from where they could get to. Don't lie to me and think that by making me sit for 2 hours I will cave and take a deal that I am not budgeted for. Nice staff, aside from the sales manager who thought I knew nothing about leasing. Will not visit again and I suggest all of you in New Jersey do the same - no honesty.

Thanks to Karl and the service department for helping me with my air conditioning at the last moment my air conditioning was not working and it was 91 degrees out and he took my vehicle in and fixed it at the last moment once again thanks to him and his crew for making my day much more pleasant.

Brought my car in for a recall. Ended up paying $60 for marker light replacement. This is why I use my own mechanic. Will never utilize RK Kia as a repair site again nor will I ever purchase a car from them.

Until I actually walked into the Motion Kia Dealership, I would have never even considered buying a foreign car. Man was I wrong.! I originally came in because of another vehicle that I was thinking of getting. As the Kia salesman approached me in the parking lot I was thinking here comes the usual sales pitch with pressure and hidden costs. I was greeted by Jeff with a friendly hello asking what he could do for me. I told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and that I didn't want to stay here all day. He agreed and told me that wouldn't happen. It didn't. He listened to what I wanted, found me a newer model, gave me a fantastic price and most of all I was out in just a couple of hours. Definitely, telling family and friends to go to Motion Kia.

Think of the old way car dealers did business, with lies, misdirection, intimidation and talking in circles. I went to five different dealers and Sansone Jr Kia was the only one I got this from. The salesman was deceptive (just really not very good at it) but friendly. The sales "manager" I met with was a long list of negative adjectives I won't get into. Bottom line, after two hours, I left without test driving the model I told them I was there to see or EVEN A PRICE ON IT. Was told by the "manager" that I wasn't going to get anyone's real price because I wasn't "making a commitment"...what does that even mean? Well, sporto, 24 hours later, I sitting here in my new Huyndai. Thanks.
Pure Rip off - doesntevenmatter
In August of 2014 I brought a 2005 Nissan Altima from here, supposed to be nothing wrong with is. 115,000 miles runs gd, no problems. So after I had the car for 3 weeks, the water pump blew on me. when I took it back to the dealership, I was told to leave it and come back on Monday because it was around 5pm Saturday night. Car was smoking heavily, and the car could not be driven.
When I returned Monday Morning, I was told to what was wrong and to leave the car so it can be fixed, and was provided a rental until my car was ready. A month passed by and I got a call to bring the rental back, or they would call the police on me. A lot of other B.S. was involved, but after 2 more days I was given another car to keep. a 2007 Kia Sedona with no front brakes, and the rear struts and shocks worn down terribly.
For the first time I ever brought a car from an actual dealership, THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER......
