The techs on board, Alejandro and Bruce, and their high tech equipment made fast work of our oil change and tire rotation. All right in our driveway. Great idea. Great job.

Prior to my visit at Ramsey Mazda, I went to another dealership who could not execute what I was looking for. I decided to go to Ramsey per a recommendation I had received regarding how their experience was. From the second I stepped foot in the door, I was straight forward and honest with what I was looking for and price range I was firm with. Elena jumped right in and tackled every bullet point I had. In no time Elena had a list of vehicles that fell within what I was looking for and she gave honest opinions without any added pressure. As a perk, she was previously a technician at Ramsey Mazda, so she was able to add further explanation on any mechanical questions I had. I felt heard and comfortable working with Elena. I could not recommend her enough for anyone on the market for a Mazda. Added bonus is that she is extremely personable! I also have to mention the finance/business manager, Donovan. He exceeded my expectations when it came to a final financial monthly payment. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was another employee who makes you feel welcome and heard. No added pressure. If you want people who won’t spew nonsense or pressure you into a big purchase, highly recommend you ask for Elena & Donovan to help you out!

Welcome to the slimiest dealership around. In 2 short weeks of back and forth with these con-artists, I had "out the door" deals thrown at me with "all taxes, titles, fees, registration, rebates included" just to have the salespeople pretend the cars were sold when I agreed on a price. Also had salespeople steal each others deals and pretend other people had recently been fired. Finally, had a salesman by the name of Joe beg me to meet at a set out the door price on a specific VIN, only to have me agree and then have him change the car AND the price once I got in. Avoid this place like the plague. No wonder they're the only dealership around who can't seem to sell any of their cars...

I purchased my first SUV here, initially visiting for a test drive. Noah Anderson was very helpful in guiding me to identify what I needed in an ideal vehicle. Honestly, I wasn't entirely sure myself, except that heated seats were a top priority. Noah and the rest of the staff were courteous and patient with my husband and me, and they provided a personable and positive experience throughout the process. I highly recommend this dealership. Mazda 3 purchase came with lifetime oil changes. They make it hard to get appointments then try to upsell a new battery then was already purchased prior to this derby center. When question the service technician got annoyed. Was told all work was performed within two day low air pressure light came on (Just needed air.)Then the washer fluid all of a sudden has a leak that I think was caused by maple shade Mazda in retaliation for calling then out for upselling services I will never purchase or go back for service free or not from this car dealership.

First time Mazda owner and so far I'm sold. Dropped my car off this morning for a complimentary oil change. I was promptly met by three of the nicest people I have met all day. Melissa, Juanita and Sandy.....you guys' ROCK! These ladies were very professional, but it was more than that. They welcomed me and took the time to explain everything to a T. What a Great experience! Great price. Very nice comfortable atmosphere. My salesman Mike Rossman made everything simple and pleasurable in my car buying experience. Even the finance manager Kerry was a down to Earth very nice and honest man. Not once was I pressured with anything during my buying experience. That review was for my prior purchase for a CX-50. I was back this week and upgraded to the new CX-90. I thoroughly enjoyed driving the 50 for a little over 3 years, but driving home in my new 90 I was blown away. Soooo smooth, powerful, and quiet. I want to give praise once again to Mike Rossman who I seeked out. The following made this buying experience another Great one. Paulo Pavla and Tarik Awadallah both greeted me and took turns explaining my different choices I had whether I wanted to pursue an out of warranty repair or trade and upgrade. I was very appreciative that they were willing to work with me in the price of the repair and not just pushing me into a new buy and trade. Most dealerships would have solely wanted me to buy a new car. Next a worker named Dillon started the process, eventhough he knew Mike Rossman would be taking over as the salesman who would ultimately do the selling and thus earn his commission. The deal was finalized by Kerry, the finance manager who used a bank willing to match my Credit Union's interest rate. Kerry was aces once again. Very down to Earth, just like Mike and even Daniel Isaac who took the time in the end to program the Mazda App and explain the features of the new 90. An Awesome experience, Thx so much guys!!
