She made the experience easy and stressfree. The only thing that was a negative was that they did not budge on the price saying that these cars were selling a lot and they did not have many in stock. I have yet to use their service department so I can't comment, but when I returned for my plates Peggy was there and was super friendly and got one of the guys to put the plates on without any wait what-so-ever which was another plus in my book. We had a good experience and hope you do too.
