The staff at Ramsey Mazda are like family. - curlanjoseph
The staff at Ramsey Mazda are like family. After numerous purchases year after year for myself, with friends, referrals, and relatives, vehicle after vehicle, remotely and locally, and dealing with both the Sales, Finance, Parts, and Service staff, I have always been impressed with Ramsey’s professionalism, friendship, trust, honesty, and transparency. I have leased and financed various vehicles from numerous dealerships prior to them, but both Mazda and Ramsey Mazda’s staff have continued to impress me beyond what I thought was already acceptable service. Victor and Donovan, and Rafi, and other staff that are too numerous to mention have always gone above and beyond to help make every transaction as easy and reasonable as possible. Sometimes it’s a last minute sales almost at closing time, or having to convert a lease to a finance with complicated figures and logistics, or getting reasonable and competitive insurance quotes, trying to swap or obtain vehicles still in transit, you name it… and still they have always managed to get it done. Even while living remotely now from them, I still try to personally purchase and refer others to purchase primarily from them because they have remained consistent and reliable in their work ethic. They work very hard often skipping their lunch and breaks, and working beyond their scheduled hours to help both myself and others, and it is so appreciated. The Bible always tells us to do good to one another, and to treat others as you wish to be treated, and thus we shall try by God’s mercies. So this is a small thank you to some amazingly talented and devoted individuals working within Ramsey Mazda, and the Mazda automotive brand as a whole for making some very reliable, very safe, fun to drive, very practical, and actually good looking vehicles that are like the underdogs coming out on top of some more highly competitive and expensive markets and brands. And I offer a special thank you to Victor Jacobson for getting the ball rolling on this wonderful relationship with the Mazda brand through his professionalism and thoughtfulness, and cool feedback on the vehicles. He helped me purchase a CX5 as a start, and the purchases of more CX5’s have only continued since, amongst other models too. That is the kind of individual we enjoy dealing with, and Mazda hired him. Mazda as a brand has come a long way from its conception and history to where it is today. No, I am no bot or agentic agent, or getting paid or solicited to write this. I choose to write this hoping that others will see the joy in working with wonderful individuals, and to cherish each other while we are all still alive. I review and watch lots of documentaries, comparisons, and feedback on different popular and highly competitive automotive brands as an auto enthusiasts and owner myself, and have stuck with the Mazda brand for the longest period compared to all the others. I enjoy seeing them coming out swinging with such amazing Japanese heritage, and how they have gone global, slowly and meticulously working and refining to make things just right. For sure, they are not perfect, and none of us are. But the fact that neither they nor us are willing to give up on our hopes and dreams of trying to create and hopefully own the best of the best in terms of safety and practicality is what pushes them, yourself, and myself to do what we are doing every day. We cannot and must not stop trying to save lives while still having altruism and love intertwined. There are many more expensive brands that do not have such a safety record and amenities, and at this price point. Yes, I am also sorry to see prices steadily increasing across all markets, but I also see the “fruits of their labor” in what’s rolling out of those factories and showrooms. So though I am praising Mazda now and the collaborations between Japan and other nations to make these visions come to reality, it is from a thankful heart it comes.
