From the valet service, the maintenance on my Bronco sport, including bringing it back, I was kept informed and updated on progress. There was even a video of the mechanic checking brakes and tires, reporting his findings. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and informed of when car was finished. They also did a car wash, cleaned and vacuumed the interior. All the individuals I dealt with were professional and kind. Enrique led the whole experience and I was extremely satisfied. Great service at a trustworthy experienced dealership!
