Took my car in for timing belt change, calked 4 times for status updates but no one called back. I left a message one time and another I spoke to a service manger who said he’d check with the mechanic and call me back but he never did. When I picked up my car, he ushered me to pay without explaining the work done. Service is much to be desired. Kudos to providing me transportation service since my car was in the workshop for over 7 hours.
