Had to have my 2022 Equinox towed to the dealer since the engine quit while driving on the highway. Keith from the service department was extremely helpful in trying to determine what the problem was with my car: ultimately it was determined that they would have to keep the car over the weekend since they found that the problem was with the fuel pump. They service department kept me advised of all details and said the part had to be ordered and would be in Monday or Tuesday. Keith called on Tuesday evening and advised that the car was done and ready to be picked up. I picked it up on Wednesday. I big shout out to Keith and the service department for courteous, efficient, and excellent handling of the problem with my car! I would highly recommend him and the service guys and would say that Richard Lucas Chevrolet is very fortunate to have such qualified people on the team.
